This gas grill does come very well packaged in a heavy box. Good instructions are included, It took me about an hour to completely get it all put together. I like its design. Stainless steel finish increased the durability and look. Built-in themperature gauge make heat control easily. The double-layer lid can keep warm better when cooking food. These four galvanized casters(with 2 lockable) make it move easily. There are four stianless steel burners and one side burner are individually controlled by five swith knobs, you can adjust the flame combined with the Quick-Start battery electronic ignite system. Besides ,Large cooking area offers plenty of grilling space. Primary cooking area and warming rack area. And the large storage cabinet is easy to store your LP tank, while also offering sufficient space for grilling accessories. I love this gas grill so much. It cooks fast and it is easy to clean. So happy with this purchase. Love it!

I've really enjoyed the grill so far it wasn't too hard to assemble I've used it 3 or 4 times now. The doors don't quite line up with the magnets on one side even after readjusting the magnet and door hinge. It will close and snap shut with a push but you have to do it everytime. It came slightly dented on one side but fortunately I have tools and was able to straighten it out. Would of gave 5 stars except for those small errors and the bent frame I straightened may have a factor in the doors closing. Still works π

Instructions are not good, the pictures are very small and no clear details on how to put it together. The grill doesn't say anywhere the brand name, it comes in a box that says captiva designs and there is no where where it says Sophia & William. Feels like a bait and switch.

I was hesitant to order a grill on line as I am a bit picky. The data on this grill looks good, especially the ceramic coated grill parts. I found it to be much more light weight than I desired. The burner diffusers Iβm sure will rust away fairly quickly. the screw hole in one of the handles was not threaded. The thermometer built into the grill was mislabeled and after the third use broke. I have replaced it. Overall I was quite disappointed. I recommend you go to a big box store instead. It did arrive on time and well boxed. The instructions were well written.
