I stress a ton and clench my teeth giving me constant tension in my shoulders and neck and causing awful migraine-like headaches daily. Before buying this I would need to use a disposable adhesive air activated neck and shoulder heating pad daily. I still do wear them at work because I often have to get up from my desk, but for home use this has SO many advantages: PROS: Adjustable heat levels Fast to heat up Timer that you can use or not STAYS ATTACHED! (you don't sweat it off like the disposable ones) Covers more surface area up the neck, across shoulders and down back Good for people of different sizes - large on me but NP, works well Less pollution than using disposable heat pads all the time so: Ultimately less expensive, too, than buying the disposables It does the job, relaxing my neck, shoulders & upper back and easing my headaches! CONS: While the cord is a decent length, you ARE attached to a power outlet, so: Have to take it off when you move or go anywhere Much more obvious to others than the disposables which mostly hide under clothes In sum, I may have just talked myself into getting another one for the office and I wish it had an adapter to work in the car 😉

The neck and shoulder heating pad is most comfortable and relaxing! It is made of very plush and soft fabric. The shoulder contains weights which enable the shoulder pad to hang comfortable without any rollups. The collar snaps at the neckline and allows a snug fit. This heating pad is so comfortable that you fall asleep almost instantly. The heat output is very good.

Bought this item for my wife. She has some issues with shoulder pain. The size and style of the heating pad work perfectly for her. The heating adjustments are excellent. Also, the heat timer is an extra nice feature. The heating pad is soft and comfortable. A great product. Thank You.

I LOVE this neck and shoulder heating pad. It’s very easy to use, and is SO soothing and comfortable. My sole complaint is that I paid an extra $5 for the gray color, figuring it is more neutral. My picture doesn’t show the true color, but if this is gray, it’s a blue-gray. I’m showing it against a blue shirt and light gray pants. So save a few bucks, and buy whichever color is the cheapest. I babysit full-time at my son’s house, and I am seriously thinking about buying one to keep there, it feels so good! I was tempted to take off one star due to the color, but this thing feels too good to knock it down just because someone doesn’t know what gray looks like. EDIT: After I wrote this review, I received a dark gray reading pillow … see the second picture. The heating pad cover is DEFINITELY more blue than gray!

The heating of this pad works really well. It warms up quick and I like the heat control and timer options. It also heats evenly across the whole pad. However, it's not weighted like it says it is, which causes a few other issues. Since the cord connects to the back right corner, it's weighed down there so it constantly slides down that side. Since it's always being pulled down I have to hold it in the front in order to get any heat on my neck, which is inconvenient since I got this to wear while I work at my desk. The back portion also doesn't actually come in contact with my back fully. It seems to stick out at an angle instead of laying on your body. I'm basically only getting heat on my shoulder blades. However, this may be because I'm a smaller person and may not fit it well. I still wish it had more weight to it and actually stayed in place and distributed heat where I needed it most.
