    • My refurbished Ninja Crispi is working great!
I just got this and am going through the learning curve of how to get the most out of my new Ninja Crispi, but I’m very pleased that the refurbished unit I received (that was $115 less than the same thing retails) is working fine and also has an 11-month warranty. It came with THREE, not two, of the glass cooking containers, lids and crisping plates for all three, the PowerPod and adapter for the larger containers, and an extra crisping plate for the 6-cup container and some kind of lid thing that I think may be a dust cover of some sort. The adapter has a kind of wobbly metal ring that the PowerPod fits into, and I’m not sure if a brand new one wobbles that way, but it seems to work just fine. We’ll likely use the 6 cup most of the time, so I’ve got the other pieces stacked/nested together in a cabinet. I got some GoodCook square meal prep containers (ASIN B0D5KL338J) that are a great size for preparing and freezing casseroles or individual meals in that should dump right into the 6 cup cooking container. I’m hoping to wean the man of the house off his cheap microwave dinners and get him to eat healthier. ... show more

A very impressive product! I didn’t think much of this type of product until I saw a friend using it. I quickly became convinced. There is nothing better for reheating food such as pizza and other leftovers that you would like crispy. It does a wonderful job on wings, french fries, and other normally fried foods, even when they are pulled from the freezer section of your refrigerator and immediately cooked. I’ve read complaints about missing parts, but I did not experience any of that with my order. The heating unit was there along with three dishes and three lids and the other promised items.
