I recently switch back to electric dryer and I have a air compressor that was plugged in to the 10-30 receptacle. I did not want to wire a new 240v receptacle so I bought this splitter. It works as intended, just be aware not to have both aplliances running at the same time. The product looks well made. I would buy it again.
