Got it for work, to do networking/cable labels. It’s saving me a lot time as I can save projects and not having to type a million times as I would on a P-touch. Easier to use, better visual feedback. Swapping labels is also easy and device recognizes the labels automatically. Like the fact that labels are the same size not dependent of the length of writing, so looks consistent. Easy to caring from site to side, no need to plug in “just keep the battery charged” My only problem is that wife decided to take possession for labeling everything single thing in the house and making me buy another one for my work. ... show more

I was so excited to find a Bluetooth label maker. Specifically one where the app allows me to save labels. This was a key feature I was looking for with the App. I purchased this one do to its versatility on label sizes and so glad I did. I have already used for all sorts of label sizes I love the labels too as they stick well but are easy to remove from most everything. Favorite labels: 14x50mm white and the yellow cable labels. Was not a fan of the really small 12x40mm that came with the machine as they are just a little too small. Also with the company would put out a good variety pack. Purchasing 1 roll at a time could get expensive and 3 rolls all of the same size is too many. ... show more

    • Doesn't always recognize labels
When it works, it works great. But often, when I turn it on, it will not print correctly. Either printer doesn't recognize the labels, even though I bought the brand named ones, or it prints too faint or not at all. I have to load the labels a few times before it might decide to work. I end up wasting a lot of labels in the process. This is not an easy to use product. It's buggy and I regret buying it. ... show more
