First off this bench was so easy to set up. They included all the tools you needed, descriptive instructions with images, and they packaged all the screws and knobs with clear labeling instead of having them in a plastic bag. I was very impressed with how organized everything was and it made it 100 times more convenient and easy to set up. Other companies should take notes on how they did this. The bench is made to be reliable. It is not cheap by no means. The leather or leather-like upholstery material used is great and conforms around the seats very nicely. All the metal has a well-done coating that is similar to paint that is used to spray on a truck’s bedliner . Every bolt, nut, spacer and knob looks and feels like quality material, and the threading isn’t cheaply done. The bench can be set up into so many different variations with different angles ranging from about -30° to 90° I tested each angle variation, and the bench is stable in every position. When you are done using the bench, you have the option of folding it up to a every relatively small shape store. The bench is also pretty lightweight which could be a good and bad thing. It makes it a lot more convenient, but knowing that it is on the lighter side, also means that it sacrifices some stability and strength due to the type of material used. With that said, knowing what I know now, I would definitely buy this bench for my family to exercise

This foldable weight bench is exactly what I was looking for. I’m setting it up in my garage, but space is always at a premium between kids’ bikes, tools, and all the other things that seem to accumulate over time. Being able to fold this bench away when I’m not using it is a huge advantage. Assembly was straightforward and took about 10 minutes. The included tools will get the job done, but if you have a wrench or ratchet handy, you’ll make the process much quicker and easier. Everything needed for assembly is included. The bench itself feels solid and stable for its intended purpose. I do want to set expectations correctly—this is a light-duty home fitness bench, not a commercial gym bench or something intended for serious powerlifting. If you’re a mom or dad trying to stay active, use some dumbbells, do incline presses, sit-ups, shoulder exercises, and maintain your health as you get older, this bench fits that role very well. The adjustable positions are easy to change, and I appreciate the longer backrest, which provides good support for taller users. The padding is comfortable enough for longer workouts, and the frame feels sturdy without being excessively heavy. What I like most is that it balances functionality, storage, and price. It gives me everything I need for a home workout setup without taking over my garage when it’s not in use. Overall, this is a great value for anyone building a practical home gym. Just understand its intended purpose, t’s designed for everyday fitness and strength training, not extreme lifting and it performs very well in that role.

I wanted to compare this bench to my older Amazon bench since they look fairly similar at first glance. My old bench is the one on the left in the photos, and despite having thicker-looking legs, it actually feels noticeably less stable than this NICEPEOPLE bench. The biggest thing I noticed during use was the stability. On my older bench I always felt like I had to balance myself carefully or the bench would slightly tip or shift side to side during presses. With this one, I didn’t feel movement at all while benching. I even tested both by shaking them side to side and the difference was obvious. The old bench moved pretty easily while this one barely budged. Assembly was straightforward, and the padding feels comfortable enough for regular workouts. I also appreciate the adjustable headrest. At 6ft tall, the extra support makes a difference, especially compared to shorter benches that leave your head hanging off the end. The ability to move the headrest a few inches helps accommodate taller users too. Weight-wise they feel pretty similar, but the overall construction and design on this one just feels better thought out and more confidence inspiring during workouts. If you plan on lifting regularly, especially bench pressing, I’d recommend spending a little extra for something sturdier like this instead of going for the cheapest option available. Your workouts will feel a lot safer and more stable

This adjustable weight bench is extremely nice. It handles quite a bit of weight. It feels fantastic when you sit on it. Using it is feels great and holds up well. It feels like it is great quality and adjusts easily. I would say this is a fantastic value. It is easy to assemble. Very strong and useful weight bench. This bench folds up into different positions so the very young to older people can use it in whatever position is most comfortable for them. Assembly took about 10 minutes it comes almost fully intact. It is very sturdy and I am sharing it with the people at my gym. And everybody's very excited about this. The fact that you can actually just wipe it off and clean it real quick is very nice also. I think the adjustable part is probably the best because I need to be sitting at an incline when I work weights and with this bench you can do that you're not flat on your back. You can use the seat for the knee while you're doing your arm weights. You can sit in this and just do leg stretches. This is an overall useful weight bench because of the adjustability. It looks really sharp also the colors are pretty. Nice quality and works great. Please note I am a heavier person and I am very comfortable on this bench also.

This bench is sturdy, lightweight, and very easy to assemble. It only took two bolts and two pins to put together. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a decent-quality wrench—not the thin piece of stamped metal that usually gets thrown away, but a useful tool that I can actually keep in my toolbox. The bench itself feels solid despite being lightweight. It folds easily for storage, which is perfect for small spaces. I keep mine in a small office and can put it away when not in use. The cushion could be a little thicker for added comfort during longer workouts. My only major complaint is the size. I wish the bench were a bit wider. I'm 5'7" and 200 lbs, and it feels somewhat small for me. It may be a better fit for people with a smaller frame. That said, considering the price, durability, and convenient storage, I plan to keep it and continue using it.
