Works really good for the price! I decided to buy this because my third name brand starting with a B rhymes with Missel, broke again. So this one’s a bit different slightly smaller it doesn’t have a removable water tank so you have to pour the water directly into it, which is OK. The cord is long, but not as long as the name brand the only thing I don’t like about it is the two mop pads that it comes with they’re like a microfiber or something I do not like the material. I feel like it doesn’t clean the floor however I found that my old mop pads that fit over the namebrand mop fit perfectly on this mop and does a great job so with this hack, I’m not really missing anything and I’m saving a good $80. I don’t see myself buying the namebrand stuff anymore. ... show more

For the cost of this steam mop it is worth the price and gets the job done. I had wanted one of the more expensive (vacuum mop combo) but my husband said I already had too many items in the house so I snagged this for the floors because there was no arguing over this price. The steam heats quickly, is quiet, and works well. I have found it to be very light weight, and haven’t had any issues with the water leaking. I like that it comes with two washable pads that decrease environmental waste. The cord is a little short but nothing changing plugs or getting an extension cord can’t fix. Shipped to me within 2 days which made it 4 days early, loved that. Simple to put together has a little weight on it which is great, steamed my floors within 10 minutes of receiving it so for now excellent for the price.

This product works great, especially for the price. It cleans well and is easy to use. The only thing that could make it even better is a 360° swivel head for easier movement around furniture and tight spaces. Overall, a great value for $20.

Stopped working after two uses. I used a week ago upon receipt and it was awesome-lightweight, plenty of steam, worked as described. This week picked up to use again for floor and it’s on but zero steam! I fear it’s worth what I paid-need to go to a bigger brand, stronger machine.
