I purchased this heating pad to help ease the pain I have in my shoulders due to bursitis. I immediately loved the weight and feel of the pad. The quality is quite good. Having the neck closure with three different snaps for comfort is especially nice. I've used it on my shoulders, lower back, and abdomen; it's very versatile. This is my first weighted heating pad and I must say that I love it! Having 6 different temperature settings is very nice as opposed to only 3 like most heating pads offer. The only con I find is the length of the cord; I wish it were a couple of feet longer so I can move around better. I recommend this heating pad to someone looking for heat therapy on their shoulders.

I’ve purchased numerous heating pads for vertebrae issues in my neck. I’ve been frustrated by lack of heat and even blistered by some previously (looking at you Sunbeam). This pad, by far exceeds any other. Various heat settings are a plus, and yes, it really gets hot enough. A selection of timers and an on/off setting is a plus, as well. Snap placements give a custom fit. The fabric is soft, and the fact that it’s weighted makes all the difference. I can not comment on longevity, as I’ve had it only a week. But, due to this superior design, I would happily buy repeatedly.

I tried for 2 week. It heats my shoulders, but neck area need more heating source to cover the entire neck to include the front part of the neck.
