It took years for me to spend this type of money on a liter box. I’ve got three cats of varies sizes, and they all fit in the box, and they took to it rather quickly. The motor is smooth while rotating during the cleaning cycles, and it does not make a lot of noise. I use clay based litter and put baking soda in it, so far the smell is completely gone. Changing the bag is beyond simple also. The only thing I had to do was pop open the trap door for the litter to go into, also very simple. Haven’t had any leaks of urine out of the back. So far so good. Year update: I’ve had these for about a year now, and I still love them. The motor however is starting to make a noise that is concerning. Get the warranty if y’all purchase these, hoping I can fix it because I didn’t get the warranty.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! In theory….. this was a good product….. until you have to clean it. There is a yellow fenced compartment where the poo gets stuck in the barrel. Its screwed and snapped in with no way to clean it. Started to smell a lot and gave my cats worms and other problems. Also…. the unit started to make lots of noise and the barrel started to break a part. This is all with in 2 weeks of use. This is a cheaply made product. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Works as expected. If it lasts, I will be very happy. We have had it about six weeks and I am pleased with its performance. Cons: it is an unknown brand with no web presence. If you lose the instructions, you may struggle to figure things out. There is a QR code that takes you to a YouTube channel with no words and video that is ok. There is supposed to be an app, but I lost the instructions and cannot find it. I did not really want my litterbox connected, anyway, but someone might. Pros: It does what it advertises. I cannot smell the litter box at all and it is always clean. We have two cats and used to have three litter boxes in the basement and one upstairs. The cats were easy to train. We stopped cleaning the litter boxes until they chose the new one. Then we eliminated one at a time until we had only this in the basement and the regular one upstairs. I have not had to clean the one upstairs in over a month because they stopped using it. They only use this one!

It is taking my cat a while to get used to this because the movement scares him. He would sit outside and just watch it move. Now he uses it, but he does not Pee and poop in the same container. Strange one.

I liked it for a couple months, but it's started getting stuck halfway through the process. I get an alert on my phone that the cat entered the box. After 15 mins or so it finishes its process. My cat has started using other areas of the house and I feel like I wasted my money. This is not the litter box you're looking for.

I like it at first. After a few months, not so much. It is getting stuck upside down. And today when I removed the bag it decided to rotate before I could put a new bag on, literally seconds after I cleaned it out. And it is dumping lose litter in the bag area.

It was easy to install and use but when it cleans it rotates to left then back to right. When it rotates left it gets stuck and won't turn the whole way. I found turning it of and on fixes the issue but still a pain in the butt
