I purchased this charger for my 2025 Cheverlot equinox ev. Setup was super easy and straightforward. The charging speeds are consistent and reliable. You can operate it with ease and switch between amps as needed. I have been using this charger for about two months worth the money is built sturdy and feels safe to use. HIGHLY recommend above all other chargers. If you can’t install a wall panel or have the money to invest 2,000 this is a safe reliable and well invested option.

Seems well-built and pretty typical design, with a reasonable price. It includes a nice wall mount for the EVSE and the car plug. And although not pictured, it did include a silicone rubber protective cap with the car plug (which I needed and like). Even included a nylon bag/case. I do wish the 10-30 cord/plug were longer so I could place the unit better. The main reason I went with this one was that I needed a unit that would work safely with a 10-30 30A 240V outlet I already had. And it seems to work perfectly so far, although I have only used it several times. The adjustable setting is nice and I confirmed it works. I really like that the charge "session" information (duration, total kWh) remains on the screen until the next charging session automatically clears it. I checked the charging temperatures along the cables and connectors and body and all were fine at 24A. About the only thing missing is a timer option/kWh stop setting, but I can live without that. I hope the devices lasts (I do plan on leaving it plugged into the wall most of the time, for convenience).

Nicely packaged! One of the pictures is blurred, but I included step by step pictures for how to set it up to start charging. I have an advantage because the 240v outlet in my laundry room is right next to the garage. That won't be the case for everyone. Unplug the dryer plug from the wall outlet, plug in the NEMA 14-30 EVSE into the outlet (I bought a 10ft extension cord that plugs in), once the device has power, you'll be able to change the amp-level of charging you want. Utilize the adapter if your vehicle has a NACS (North American Charging Standard) charge port like my Hyundai Ioniq 5 does and plug that in, then plug in the EVSE (Should be J-1772 *Charger*, into the NACS *Vehicle* and you'll begin charging. Good product that works well.

I got a free cable when I leased my EV, but it did not have the commonly used 10-30 plug that fits my dryer outlet. This cable has the correct plug. It is robust and is properly limited to pumping out 24 (or fewer)) amps and even has an amp readout. Works fine for Level 2 charging.

Works as advertised. I hooked it up to a dryer splitter and ran it to the front of my garage with a 220 extension. Charges the car up just as I expected. No problems, no issues. Quality. Good mounting hardware to put it on the wall, and also allows you to take it off and take it with you if you wanna be Mobile. Doesn’t take up too much space because it’s fairly small. Good value for the buy. Screen is plenty bright.

First time EV charger user. I needed a level 2 charger that I could use in a NEMA 14-30 outlet. My inside breaker box could only go up to 30 amp. This was perfect. Does cost a little more then the a 14-50 plug charger. But the coupon helped. Charger doesn't get to hot, but I only require it for a plug in hybrid. So it doesn't take that long to charge. Had all the hardware for easy install.
