    • Purchased May 2023!!!
Color: Black
Review Image by Brandon
I purchased this way back in May of 2023. It is a beast. It works wonderfully and in this time I have had 0 issues with it. It is a breeze to setup. The included labels work very well, as well as any of the other labels that can be purchased for this. I have also used smaller labels to create custom “Thank You” labels, and that works very well too. It is very easy to switch out labels, but I have since just started using this printer for making shipping labels only. The color quality is excellent. I have had maybe one or two labels that didn’t print out right in all my time of owning this printer. All I did was reprint. That solved the issue. I like to let mine power-on and sit for a few minutes to get the unit warm. I figured that this method works better for printing and personally have had no issues with the printability. It is extremely small and leaves a little footprint. I have mine set up in a pretty tight space and it works perfectly fine. The features are pretty good through the app. It does everything I have needed it to do. It could use some more features though on the app, but that is an app issue and no hiccup of the actual printer. I mostly just print out shipping labels. I haven’t quite run 1,000 labels through it yet, but I am getting close. It has not once jammed up on me. I would definitely recommend this printer to anyone who does any sort of online selling. Even if it is just casually. It saves sooo much money in ink. I attached a photo of other things this printer is capable of printing off other than shipping labels. Works wonderfully! ... show more

🌻Very good label printer. It is compact, easy to set up and connects by Bluetooth to the cell phone. It prints quickly and the labels come out clear and professional. The best thing is that it does not need ink, only thermal labels. Perfect for packages, shipments and small businesses.

    • Stop Ruining the Usability of the App!
Color: Black
Pros: Cheap label printer that has been reliably working. Takes additional steps to print over a more expensive printer but (was) worth the time sacrifice if you are a small business. (Just pony up the cash for a nicer one that allows you to directly print from the printer rather than having to save the labels and print through an app.) Cons: Every single update made to the user interface is worse than the last. I try to skip the horrible updates but after a while they force download the updates. Every new update makes the label printing process more tedious and time consuming. Now instead of 1 click to get back to the printing menu, its two pop-up menus and (4) additional clicks to go back to the label menu…FOR EACH LABEL! They have NO BULK LABEL PRINTING. Each label must be printed individually and the process takes much longer than previous updates because of all the pop-up menus you have to close or exit out of. Stop ruining the app. I fully expect advertisement pop-ups to be running on the app in months to come. No care at all about the purpose of a label printer and why simple, and efficient is superior. ... show more

This thing is amazing! So easy to set up and use. I started selling things on Vinted and this makes it so much easier! Cuts my prep time in half if not more.

    • Good label printer
Color: Black
Update: Printer fixed and working again. The ink does sometimes print a little light or skip in a tiny spot, and I have to reprint if this happens on the barcode rather than risk a scanning error. Overall, this is a reasonably priced, compact label printer that suits my needs. Initial review: have had this printer for a little less than 4 months. At first, it was great. Sure, the ink was a little light, but it was easy to use, and all of my packages made it to their destination. Then I had to mail a package today...connected my little printer...and...nothing. Disconnected cables, reconnected the cables, restarted the computer, you name it, still nothing. Outside of the return window, so it is now useless and as the Amazon chat bot informed me, not eligible for a refund. ... show more
