Get a size up! The size chart is wrong. The pads that match my measurements choke my meager pythons but fit my ladies' arms very well. Going to by another set a size up so my mitts don't lose blood flow while I don this PPE. The hard pad is mildly ridged and mildly flexible. Nicely made but if you go off the sizing chart they will be way too small, sizing chart puts me in a medium and I can hardly get them on or off and when they are on they cut off all blood flow. Like I said good product, bad sizing chart go up a size and you should be fine.

I really like these elbow pads. I also got the knee pads as well. As I ride I basically forget they are there as they are quite comfortable. I have not crashed with them on yet, but they seem to be great and should protect quite nicely!!

I like this line of pads (also have the knee pads) a lot for the top level protection I expect them to provide. Thede elbow pads are easy on and off, which is great. The fit however is strange. I'm between a men's medium and a large typically, but according to the suggested measurements for this product I'm solidly in the large range. However, I essentially max out the forearm, with no real need for the adjustable strap on the forearm, yet the upper portion hangs loose around my bicep. Now, I'm no Schwarzenegger, so this might fit a pretty muscular guy. I'm surprised that the bicep isn't the adjustable part, as I imagine that bicep size varies more from person to person (unless you're Popeye). Still, it stays on me while I'm biking. ... show more

I ordered after trying them on at the shop. I ordered a size M. My hands are by no means big, I weigh 73kg. The problem with these is they are very tight in the forearm but too big in the biceps. I'm not sure what proportions they are going for (perhaps a bodybuilder with tiny forearms and huge biceps). The strap is on the forearm is very short and feels very small for my completely average forearms. The fact that its too wide in the biceps causes them to slip down when riding. You should get one or two sizes up from what you think. Looks good, feels good but it was too tight for the size, and my husband is middle-complexity and large was too tight.
