First time using this brand. It feels great (not drying at all) but the color came out way darker than expected. I have dark hair anyways so it wasn't a huge deal but it definitely didn't match what I thought I was getting. Product has no strong odor and my hair after was smooth and didn't seem damage like other colors have made it. I'd recommend it but be careful on choosing color. I order this product regularly and I always love the results. Salon quality hair color without paying salon prices. I am very sensitive to ammonia and have always assumed I would have to go to a salon for an ammonia-free product that doesn’t look cheap. I am so happy my husband found this product. I usually leave it on for 45 minutes to fully cover the gray hair. It lasts about a month m.
