Its barely undersized for me. Im 6' 180lb. Its just big enought so I can fit on it in the flat position. Tilt the seat up a bit and thats when your head will go past the edge a bit but not a huge deal. Assembly is simple and easy enough even with the basic tools it comes with. The folding feature is nice even though i dont really need to stow it often, but its a nice option. So far stability hasnt been an issue. I was worried since the back is supported by a slim bar in the center, but hasnt been an issue. A true 4.5 stars since the premade pieces are slightly misaligned but overall a quality bench for a nice price. Very pleased

I am able to target different muscle groups and include a broad variety of workouts into my regimen since the bench press machine has many adjustable settings. These positions range from a flat bench press to various incline and decline degrees. This bench is perfect for me since it allows me to work out my chest, shoulders, and abdominal muscles all at the same time. It maintains a stable footing on the ground even while performing explosive motions or lifting big weights, which guarantees a safe and secure environment for working out while exercising. It was pretty simple to put together which I liked and was sturdy. I bench pressed close yo 300lbs and my body weight is a little over 200 so it stood up to 500lbs no problem. It is a little bit shorter and does have a bit of a gap that's sometime uncomfortable but overall it's great and functions as needed. I do also like the look of it. It's pretty lightweight as well which makes it easy to move and because it can fold I can store it if needed as well.

I bought this to fit in chest exercises for my home gym. It was relatively easy to assemble and has held up pretty well with atleast 2-3 times use per week over the past several months. It’s also easy to fold and store when not using. Can recommend it as sturdy enough for folks in my weight range of 120-130 lbs and lighter, but not sure if it will feel wobbly for anyone heavier.

I have had the bench for like three weeks now and I love it. Folds away tight and easy. Very sturdy, no wobble. The paint is think and anti scratch. Great value for the price.

The price of the bench is good the set up is not too difficult there is a video on Amazon's page that shows how to set it up easily the written instructions are confusing. Only negative is the bench does not feel stable when you are using it. The bench will wobble some.

I was hoping I just needed some time to adjust to the different height of this bench, but it is awful. The footholds are an uncomfortable length, the pins constantly fall out, the leg rolls fly off every time you get off the bench, etc. To top it off, the bench itself is on what feels like a piece of hard cardboard and is starting to bend. Honestly, this thing is a liability and you should absolutely go spend a few extra dollars on something that won’t make you dread working out.
