If I had read all the description or asked questions regarding fit, I would have learned this adapter was not designed for the Kia Niro. Otherwise, it appears to be quality made. The adapter slid into the Niro’s port but the latch (or clip) would not click into it, leaving it unsecured, so I am returning.

This is an absolute necessity for non-Tesla EV owners. With EA and other EV charging stations having lines of up to 5-6 cars for a station with only 2-3 chargers, the wait can take hours which has been extremely frustrating. With this adapter, I am able to easily charge my Ford EV at a Tesla charging station. This adapter is made very well. Not only does it feel good in my hand holding it but it definitely feels like it's made well with proper seals and connectors/contacts for maximum contact when charging. That is not only a build quality factor but a safety feature. This adapter is definitely longer than other ones I have seen but it also makes it easier to work with. Most Tesla charging cables are not very long so if you don't park correctly aligned with a station it might be tricky, so I learned to park and charge closer to one line. Definitely a necessity and must have adapter. Highly recommended.

This adapter arrived, and I was immediately pleased to feel the heavy dense nature of the unit. This is important both because it means it's well built, and also it will hold up to the high levels of power that will be flowing thru this into your expensive vehicle. The fitment of the unit is perfect, it connects to the NACS adapter without issue, and snaps into my vehicle just like any other CCS unit. Charging works as expected, and the 500 amp rating should be enough for any vehicle that is on the market. The inclusion of temperature sensors for safety brings peace of mind as well. Overall, it's a great adapter, and I'd happily buy again if I need another one for my friends or family.

Adapter worked really well with my 2021 mustang mach e. So far I've had no issues using it on the Tesla superchargers.

I have this as a backup to a lectron adapter. Seems to work as well as the more expensive one. Charged at 150kW no issues and adaptor stayed cool. Connection seems solid and build quality seems ok.

Product is well made and sturdy, however I didn’t realize that it wouldn’t work with my Cadillac lyric. It’s also worth noting that this device does not work with a Tesla destination charger. The destination charges require a different adapter.
