The product is good. But the directions and the “video”. Horrible. They do not explain anything. The screws I had to tie down the tarp were too small. Someone who is very new to this, this was very difficult to put to together. The directions are horrendous and the video is worse. They don’t show the full build, just pieces. I bought this tarp kit from looking at a video on YouTube for easy install . There was a little mix-up with the hardware when it arrived but Mytee Products was very professional and helpful in getting it resolved. Love the tarp and working great.

Bad bearings were sent. The mounting plates will not sit flush because if this. Without shims, these angles put too much strain one the center shaft Resulting in premature failure. The company told me they refuse to make this right.
