If you're looking for a great, versatile, and FAST label printer, this Munbyn is the one. You may have to tweak the horizontal and vertical settings within the app, and burn through some practice labels before it prints where you want on the label, but it's very easy to accomplish. Once set, it will print perfectly aligned and very fast. Highly recommend, although mine didn't include a label roller stand, if you're printing many labels, you may want to purchase one as the labels run through very quickly and jam up against the feed tray if you're not paying attention.

Let me start out by saying this is my four thermal printer, and I am absolutely in love with it! It is so simple and prints perfect everytime! This printer is a total game-changer for my workflow. The ease of setup was impressive; I had it connected to my phone via Bluetooth and printing through the Munbyn app in under five minutes. The ease of instructions made the process foolproof. I’ve been using it for high-volume shipping, and the durability is evident, it’s built to last for hundreds of thousands of labels. Compatibility is a huge plus, as it works seamlessly across my iPhone, Mac, and Windows desktop. Most importantly, the stickiness of the labels is perfect; they bond instantly to poly mailers and cardboard boxes. I promise your going to love it!!

So far, this has been a great little printer. The first couple of labels has lines missing in the address barcodes, but reprinting those seemed to solve the problem. I don't know if there was shipping dust on the label, or on the print head, but it works great now. It was very easy to set up and will suite my shipping purposes perfectly.

I initially ran into an issue where the printer was rotating my labels 90° when printing directly from my website, and adjusting the settings didn’t solve it. However, after contacting customer support, they handled everything very professionally and replaced my printer with a model that works perfectly for my needs. Now it prints quickly, reliably, and the design editor on their website is very versatile and easy to use. Overall, I’m happy with the result and appreciate their support in resolving the issue.

This thing is going to be a game changer for me. I have two etsy accts. My older account is currently on vacation mode while I build my new one. The thing that held me up the most was printing stupid shipping labels. My printer sucks and I am always having to find work arounds for it, which i usually do. But shipping labels are a whole other animal. On my printer, they don't sit right, even if I load them from the back. Then there is the problem with two labels on one sheet, and they are always oversized, so you have to cut it down to fit your package, so now the other is not usable. Anyway, back to the review. I have only had this little machine for about an hour now including unboxing, assembling the label holder that I got, unwrapping all the labels that I purchased, and downloading the driver... and it is printing perfect test shipping labels from my macbook right now. Seriously gamechanger dot com I did have to read the instructions, which were perfectly clear and understandable. It is packaged nicely, like I felt like I was opening an Apple product. The printer itself seems nice and sturdy and is light weight and fits perfectly on my desk with out being an imposition. Glad I got this little printer. It is going to fix a lot of shipping stress for me.

Replaced my Munbyn 941 thermal label printer after the calibration stopped working. Been using the RW403B for almost a month and I really like it. Overall, a much more efficient printer (less wasted label paper) and love the remote printing (fewer cables!). Pros * It only uses 1 label per print -- no more wasted blank labels cycling through before or after printing * Bluetooth connection. Doesn't use up a USB port space. One less cable on my desk. * Can print labels from my phone when I'm not at my desk * Small size. Takes up less space than the 941 model (see comparison photo) * Better price. Cheaper than my older model. Cons * Was a bit challenging to set up. The link to the driver on the manual went to a YouTube video. They since corrected the link, but it took my a long time to find this driver on my own! * Had trouble connecting to Bluetooth on my Mac. It kept showing it was connected but when I went to print, it would suddenly disconnect. I re-installed the printer and restarted my Mac a couple times. It mysteriously works now as a remote printer, even though it doesn't show up as "Connected" on my Bluetooth dropdown menu on my Mac. Weird. * Printed label is slightly lighter shade of black vs my 941 model. Still totally legible, just not as high contrast / rich black. It was easy to set up the Munbyn Print app and it works well. But I won't be needing this for my label printing - just using this to print PDF address labels for my business.
