Description

Why is the diffuser on but not spraying, or why is there no scent? This diffuser only works when the app schedule is set correctly and the current time is included in the selected Mode. Power / Running Status must also be on. Eg, if it is Monday 5 PM but the Mode only runs until 4 PM, it may stay on but not spray. Why was the scent strong at first, then became weak, or why is it noisy but not diffusing well? This is usually caused by oil residue buildup in the nozzle, filter, or bottle parts. Oil thickness and concentration can also affect performance. For example, after a few weeks, the diffuser may still run but smell much weaker. How do I adjust scent strength in the app, and what do Low / Medium / High mean? Scent strength is adjusted in Modes by changing Spray Duration and Pause Interval. Longer spray and shorter pause make the scent stronger. Low / Medium / High on the home page usually show oil level, not scent strength. What oil can I use, do I need to add water, and what do the light colors mean? Use pure essential oils or diffuser-compatible fragrance oils only. Do not add water, and avoid very thick oils or carrier oils. The light colors show oil level: red = low, yellow = medium, green = high. What should I do if Bluetooth won’t connect, or if parts are missing or damaged? Make sure the diffuser is powered on, Bluetooth is enabled, and search again in the correct app while staying close to the unit. I bought this diffuser because I was tired of constantly refilling water and cleaning out my old one. After using this for a while, I can honestly say it's been a huge upgrade. Performance & Coverage The first thing I noticed was how quickly it spreads scent. With my old diffuser, it could take quite a while before I could smell anything in another room. This one starts working almost immediately. I have about a 1,000 sq ft open downstairs area, and it has no problem covering the whole space. What surprised me most is that I can even smell it upstairs in the hallway. Even with that much coverage, the scent doesn't feel too strong or overwhelming downstairs. Ease of Use Once I got it set up, I pretty much forgot about it. The scheduling lets you decide when and how strong you want it to run, and after that it just does its thing. One feature I really like is the oil level indicator. I've used diffusers before where you have no idea how much oil is left until it suddenly stops working. With this one, you can easily see when it's getting low and needs a refill. Pros • Fills large spaces quickly • Easily covers my downstairs and reaches upstairs too • No water to refill or clean up • Easy to see how much oil is left • Can be scheduled and left alone Cons • The app setup took me a few minutes to figure out at first • You may hear a slight hum when it's running and you are near it, but it hasn't bothered me Overall So far, I'm really happy with this diffuser. It covers a much larger area than I expected, requires very little maintenance, and keeps the house smelling good without much effort. I’ve used smaller water diffusers and wax warmers before, but they never came close to giving an entire house an even, consistent scent. This machine is in a completely different category. It uses cold-air diffusion, so there’s no water, no heat, no mist settling on furniture, and no constant refilling throughout the day. The Bluetooth app is one of the best parts. You can choose which days it runs, set the exact start and stop times, and control how long it diffuses and how long it pauses between cycles. I have mine scheduled from 5:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., so it runs automatically without me having to remember to turn it on or off. The timing is very adjustable, which is important because this machine is powerful. You can start with a lighter setting and increase it until the scent level is exactly where you want it. The 200 ml bottle is a great size, the unit is surprisingly quiet, and it feels much more substantial than the little plastic diffusers most people are used to. It can be used as a standalone unit or connected to an HVAC system, which makes it useful for everything from a home to an office, salon, showroom, or other large space. What impressed me most is how evenly the fragrance spreads. Instead of getting an overpowering smell near the machine and almost nothing in the next room, the scent gradually carries throughout the space and stays much more consistent. It gives the house that clean, professional “hotel lobby” type of scent without having candles, wax warmers, or plug-ins everywhere. There is a small learning curve with the run and pause settings, but that is actually a benefit because it gives you far more control than a basic diffuser. Once it is programmed, you can basically forget about it. Overall, this is an excellent value for the size, capacity, app control, scheduling, and coverage. Absolutely loving this new whole house oil diffuser. Every time I walk thru the door I am greeted with a fragrant scent and can control the output with my phone via Bluetooth and an app. I have it going from 4am thru midnight and works for 100seconds then pauses for 200seconds. It is super easy to setup and use. Great value for the money compared to other oil diffuser on the market. I have not seen any leakage and also allows for wall mounting with included hardware. My wife has had a small diffuser that needs water added daily, and I always had to turn it on and off whenever we left. I was tired of it! So I bought this one, and the ability to control it with the app is a gamechanger. I have it set up in my office where it runs on a schedule, and I can turn it off if I'm ever leaving the house straight from my phone! I haven't mounted it to the wall yet, but that's next to make sure my kids don't grab it. I love how you have to use a magnetic key to remove the atomizer/oil container. It feels very high quality, and the time savings I'll have from going to the sink to add water or turning off my old diffuser on and off is incredible.
