  • Best Saw Yet
I've had an old corded Craftsman Sawmill for several years. I was shocked at how much more powerful this battery-powered Milwaukee is. I don't know how, but it makes cuts easier even with the same blade. AND, the ability to hook it up to my shop vac made this the best purchase I made in 2023! I'm very happy with this saw. ... show more

  • Milwaukee power
Does very well, plenty of power cutting through 2x8 floor joists. I love the option to attach A fence for ripping boards and plywood. Keep in mind that attachment has to be purchased separately, I just used one from A old Milwaukee saw I had before. Battery life is less than desirable. I can only rip 2 sheets of 8-foot long 3/4 inch plywood on A fully charged battery pack. I am only using A xc 5.0 battery pack that is 6 years old, It is possible A new larger battery pack will last much longer. ... show more

  • Mmmilwaukee.
I confess: I've only had the item in my possession for about two hours. But so far, the purchase experience – from A&J Hardware, as facilitated by Amazon – and the tool have proven entirely satisfactory. The saw gives every appearance of being brand new and works great. I've only made a couple of cuts so far with the Diablo Demo Demon framing/demolition blade I bought specifically for this saw (having read another reviewer's low estimation of the blade that comes with the saw), but those cuts have been unbelievably quick and smooth, and the saw is quite a bit quieter than a lot of other circular saws, as many have testified. I'm looking forward to taking this thing to work tomorrow and actually using it for some demolition. I know it's going to be a pleasure. And while we're on the subject of Milwaukee tools, I'd just like to say for the benefit of those who would like to catalogue their tools that Milwaukee's ONE-KEY™ app is an excellent way to keep track of your tools – whether any of your tools have ONE-KEY™ technology or not, and, quite frankly, regardless of whether they're even made by Milwaukee. You can catalog everything in that app, and I highly recommend it. I've read that Milwaukee won't honor the warranty of Milwaukee tools purchased through Amazon; that's my only reservation about buying Milwaukee tools here. That point aside, I couldn't have had a better buying experience. Thank you, A&J Hardware and Amazon! ... show more

  • Things a Beast
Milwaukee never disappoints. Skill saw is powerful and doesn’t smoke the battery as long as it’s a decent size. I will suggest throwing the blade that comes with it in the trash since it’ll do a piss poor job of cutting anything and make the skillsaw seem lack luster. Aside that definitely a great buy! ... show more

  • Excellent saw
Excellent build quality. Saw is rock solid and feels so good in your hand. Power is ridiculous, you can about throw it through wood and it just keeps going. Battery life has been excellent, even usually a 3 amp high output it has been a beast

  • Excellent Cordless Saw, but does not seem to fit the Kreg Accu-Cut
I really like this saw, "but"... I'll get to the "but" in jut a minute. I have several M18 fuel tools. I like them all. I just bought this saw beacause my older corded Dewalt gave up the ghost. It's light weight well balanced and has lots of power. So here's the "but". As much as I tried I could not make it work with the Kreg Accu-Cut. I bought this saw specifically to be mostly dedicated to the Kreg Accu-Cut and the Kreg Rip-Cut, but the lower blade guard is so wide that it interferes with lining it up to the Accu-Cut track. So, my over all rating is 4 stars because the saw does not meet my needs. I'm upset that these major brands are not compatible. Seems to me that they easily could be, but it does not seem so at this time. Bummer. UPDATE: I discovered a way to make the2732-20 compatible with The Kreg Accu-Cut and the Accu-Cut XL. It does require some filling to the retractable saw guard, but not in a way to affect safety, as far as I can tell. I am in no way a tool or safety expert. All I'm doing here is sharing my personal experience on how I made this saw work with the Kreg Accu-Cut system. I am not recommending this to anyone and anyone who may try this should be aware that it most likely voids any tool warranty. At the time of this writing, this saw has a flare on the inside of the retractable saw guard. This flare prevented me from properly aligning this saw with the Kreg Accu-Cut track. Proper alignment involves cutting a very thin slice off of the blue edge guide. Before modification the flare on the inside of the retractable guard prevented the saw blade from engaging with and slightly trimming the blue edge guide, thus negating the ability to set the track on a line and know that you would be cutting exactly on that line. Before the retractable guard modification the flare held the blade nearly 1/16 inch out from my cut line. Using just a couple of small flat sides files and some 120 grit sandpaper I carefully marked along the edge that needed to be reduced with a sharpie marker to establish how deep to file. I then carefully and gently filed away enough of the flare, about a 16th of an inch and smoothed it over with the sandpaper. The retractable guard is aluminum so filling is quite easy and should not be done aggressively. Naturally it could be smoothed even more with a smaller grit sandpaper, but the 120 seemed to have worked well enough for me. Reducing the thickness of the flare allowed me to trim about 1/32 inch off the edge guide which allows the track to lay directly on the line I need to cut to. Problem solved. As said this was an easy fix. I hope this helps someone else. ... show more
