Amazing saw! As a carpenter it’s important I get nice straight cuts and plenty of power for doing tough jobs. This saw is definitely heavy duty and paired with the high output M18 batteries(I use both the 6ah and the 12ah) it’s a monster saw. It replaced both of my corded Circular saws which are still great saws but my worm drive Skillsaw was an older and super heavy circular saw, and it replaced my craftsman which was newer and super light weight. The Milwaukee saw was in the middle as far as weight but it doesn’t feel super bulky. It’s got great power and the light is a plus! I also liked that I can attach a vacuum hose to its outlet for cleaner work environments which lead to less of a mess later on! Over all great saw! Definitely recommend it if you’re already on the Milwaukee M18 platform. If you’re not but you’re looking for that cordless freedom it’s a great saw. It’s a bit pricey to get started if you’re not already invested into Milwaukee but I say it’s 100% worth it! ... show more

  • Cuts as good or better than the corded saws I’ve used
First project I tackled with this saw is to cut and notch 6x6 timbers for driveway edging. This saw sounded weaker than it is. The brushless motor must be significantly quieter because I was skeptical of my purchase after unboxing, installing the blade and attaching a battery. But this thing cut the 6x6s like a hot knife through butter. It cut as good as a new Skil corded saw I borrowed from my friend. The only issue I can see developing is that it chews through batteries. I was able to do most of this product with 1 real 5Ah battery. A second battery finished up the project. As I continued to buy more and more M18 tools I’ll get bigger batteries to extend run times. This is a minor thing to me as being free of the cord I’d a far bigger convenience to battery swaps. ... show more

  • Great saw. Definitely worth it.
Great saw. Replaced a 20yr old Porter Cable that fell off the tailgate and cracked the housing. Was gonna fix it unfortunately just not worth it. This thing is just as fast and I love the light. Wish it came with a way to store the rip fence on the saw so I didn't have to go grab it, mount it, take it off, then keep going. ... show more

  • Absolute powerhouse
This saw is by far the best cordless saw I’ve ever used, it is so powerful and cuts through any hardwood I throw at it. Would highly recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to buy Festool. This is the best bang for buck

  • Excellent Cordless Saw, but does not seem to fit the Kreg Accu-Cut
I really like this saw, "but"... I'll get to the "but" in jut a minute. I have several M18 fuel tools. I like them all. I just bought this saw beacause my older corded Dewalt gave up the ghost. It's light weight well balanced and has lots of power. So here's the "but". As much as I tried I could not make it work with the Kreg Accu-Cut. I bought this saw specifically to be mostly dedicated to the Kreg Accu-Cut and the Kreg Rip-Cut, but the lower blade guard is so wide that it interferes with lining it up to the Accu-Cut track. So, my over all rating is 4 stars because the saw does not meet my needs. I'm upset that these major brands are not compatible. Seems to me that they easily could be, but it does not seem so at this time. Bummer. UPDATE: I discovered a way to make the2732-20 compatible with The Kreg Accu-Cut and the Accu-Cut XL. It does require some filling to the retractable saw guard, but not in a way to affect safety, as far as I can tell. I am in no way a tool or safety expert. All I'm doing here is sharing my personal experience on how I made this saw work with the Kreg Accu-Cut system. I am not recommending this to anyone and anyone who may try this should be aware that it most likely voids any tool warranty. At the time of this writing, this saw has a flare on the inside of the retractable saw guard. This flare prevented me from properly aligning this saw with the Kreg Accu-Cut track. Proper alignment involves cutting a very thin slice off of the blue edge guide. Before modification the flare on the inside of the retractable guard prevented the saw blade from engaging with and slightly trimming the blue edge guide, thus negating the ability to set the track on a line and know that you would be cutting exactly on that line. Before the retractable guard modification the flare held the blade nearly 1/16 inch out from my cut line. Using just a couple of small flat sides files and some 120 grit sandpaper I carefully marked along the edge that needed to be reduced with a sharpie marker to establish how deep to file. I then carefully and gently filed away enough of the flare, about a 16th of an inch and smoothed it over with the sandpaper. The retractable guard is aluminum so filling is quite easy and should not be done aggressively. Naturally it could be smoothed even more with a smaller grit sandpaper, but the 120 seemed to have worked well enough for me. Reducing the thickness of the flare allowed me to trim about 1/32 inch off the edge guide which allows the track to lay directly on the line I need to cut to. Problem solved. As said this was an easy fix. I hope this helps someone else. ... show more

  • Milwaukee 7¼ circle saw
I love it. Don't have to mess with a cord and very well balanced. My friend has a DeWalt and said he loved the balance better than his, witch made it nicer to use.
