These are great deal for the money and are good quality.I knocked off one star because the finish could be better. The edges of the pans are very sharp and will cut you. Seems a simple fix for the manufacturer to make their pans safer. Cooking wise they are great. I love them for the money and just realize that I have to be careful. Haven’t had issues with things sticking or a problem with cleaning as I’m used to working with Stainless steel pans. Good heat distribution. For the cost, these are pretty good pans.

EDIT: After only 5 months of use the lids have now started falling apart. Garbage set. Absolutely spend your money elsewhere. I purchased the 16 piece ceramic set in Slate. I am absolutely blown away by how bad this set is. First off, everything is TINY. So small that there's one pan I gave to my daughter to use in her play kitchen. The pots? Comically small. The pans? You can hardly fit a meal in them. Second, I've followed all the instructions (yes, there's instructions... With lots and pans) and a month after purchasing / using food is sticking to my set. And third? Even with hand washing and using the proper tools to cook with, the 'ceramic' is dinged and coming off in spots on almost all of my pots / pans. If you're a single person and only cook for one, sometimes two... Then MAYBE you should purchase this set... If you don't mind sticking food and chipped "ceramic". But if you're thinking of getting this set and cooking for a family of 5 like mine, absolutely forget it. I seriously regret getting rid of my previous set and replacing it with this one. I am HIGHLY disappointed.

I received the stainless pots and pans yesterday. Last night I cooked dinner and they performed perfectly. I had another more expensive brand before, these are not as heavy as the others but then again I didn't expect they would be for the price. The trick to stainless steel is to cook at a lower temperature and add oil to the pan before heating. Follow these two tricks and you won't have sticking. I love my new pans and the price was excellent!

When you get yours be sure to follow directions on how to “season” your pans and know that nothing gets cooked on high. These pans get hot at medium temp rather just be patient and let your food get crispy then cook the other side. Always put oil in your pan, these are NOT teflon (thank God!) I just use a good brand of olive oil from Italy because that oil is actually good for you so I don’t feel guilty about using oil! Made eggs and hash browns yesterday and no problems! Hope you find this helpful and enjoy not using teflon!
