I just bought this machine to keep my basement moisture in balance. I love the size of it and its strong performance. Amazing quality for great value. It has many great features and settings, it rolls on wheels which makes it easy to maneuver, it has a option of fill the bucket of water or use a drain pipe, it also has an amazing feature of auto shut off and a nice LED indicator when the water is full it shows RED. Small, quiet, and effective. Bathroom was at 62% humidity level after I showered, back down to 40% within an hour. Easy to empty and if you can't dump it out once a day to keep from getting full, there's an included hose for continuous drain. Very humid Midwest here, 1200 square foot apartment, and one has been keeping up with keeping the home below 50%. This works better than the Simsen dehumidifier, but the tank is small so it has to be emptied twice a day.

This dehumidifier came just in the nick of time! After leaving our home in a tropical climate for a few months & dealing with mold growth that had to be treated, we needed to keep it at bay going forward. We purchased this dehumidifier and it made a huge difference in keeping our area dry and free from any issues of dampness. The feature to keep it running and for the hose to be placed in an area where the water could be removed and flow out freely was a game changer for us. It sucked so much moisture out in fact that our beloved plants were also receiving the brunt of the lack of moisture in the air, so I’d recommend moving your plants to another area so they can continue to thrive. Definitely not made for 1500 ft.² only about 150 ft.² and it only pulls about half the water out of the air in the same amount of time that my old one did!
