    • Dont waste your money and time
I bought this Mr. Heater unit and it only worked for one day. After that, the heater will only stay on if I physically hold the side button down. The moment I let go, it shuts off. That completely defeats the purpose of having a portable heater and makes it unusable. I requested a return and refund immediately and I have already dropped the item off at UPS for the return, but it has now been over a month and I haven’t received my money or even a response. No update, no communication, nothing. For the price of this product, I expected basic reliability and at least decent customer service. Very disappointed in both the quality and the lack of support. I would not recommend this heater to anyone unless you’re okay with a product that fails almost instantly and a company that ignores refund requests. ... show more

    • Good product, but fragile design
Always a great buy, but the wires are so sensitive that it really deludes the integrity of the product. You have to play with the wires in order to keep it lit and once the wires are positioned “just right” then it works like a charm. Kind of a fragile design for such a necessary piece of equipment.
