Right out of the wrapper, washed it and used a little butter for lube & flavor, and cooked eggs for the whole family two at a time. Flipped without a hitch, every time. (I was a restaurant breakfast cook) Even heat distribution, slippery, will use this to cool only eggs with some butter, nothing else will ever touch the pan. I have used these 2 pans to heat soup as well as to fry foods. Pans heat evenly. I hand wash these & air dry. The handles have not burned or stained. This is using the pans for several years.
