Great bench, not hard to put together, if you can look at pictures and follow them you can put this bench together . This bench is sturdy and well built, reminds me of the bench’s in the gym. I like the spring loaded pull knobs to adjust the angles and that the pads for your legs are wrapped and not just bare foam. Also the best part is I can finally do decline bench press! The padding on the bench is great not to firm or soft. I also like that half the bench is built for you so you just need to put on the legs, back adjustment and pads for me it was super easy to assemble only took about 20 mins. But I did use a socket set instead of the wrench provided. Overall very impressed with the bench so far.

For me was easy to build the guide is not super clear but i got skills. The bench feels great is confortable and good quality im glas i took my time choosing one and i think i make a great choice with this bench . I definitely recommend it feels like a gym bench.. good design, not to heavy, good adjustment, and if you know how use a bench lol has great functionality, in my pict I forgot to remove the filling part but that is a plus to filling the gab when is flat.

I do like all the angle adjustments, it was easy to put together but it wobbles and leans. If you plan on putting serious weight on the bar I'd look for something built differently. I'm happyish.

One thing I will warn people about is if you're sharing your bench, especially with people who don't treat your property like you, make sure you just take that center pad out because people aren't smart enough or just too lazy to remove it when sitting up the bench, so your $200 bench cushion gets ruined because people are lazy and disrespectful to others belongings. That being said, it's easy to put together and very solid. I absolutely love that I can incorporate decline with chest now. It's a great purchase for the price.

The bench is pretty good and seems stable enough. Good range for incline and decline. The instructions are just ridiculous at step 2. They want you to use the bolts that attach the seat to attach the rocker arm to the bar. And the actual bolts for attaching the rocker arm are never mentioned in the instructions. This kind of mess up is becoming typical and tiresome.

Excellent value. A really great addition for my functional trainer, it gives me a lot more exercise options. I really like the way it can store vertically when not in use. The wheels make it very easy to move around even in a small space.

This bench holds up all of my bodyweight of f 165 lbs and whatever 145-185 pounds I may be repping out for sets. I imagine it can hold twice that weight. The only time it is over any balance or tipping point is when the seat is in a fully raised position and the bench is in a fully declined position. (This is while doing decline bench presses) to avoid this, do not lift the seat to fully raised position when the bench in lowest or legs could fall over over head and torso. It also does well with straight vertical Military Presses, however keep in my that the very center point is balanced on a pin so that until you grow all of the stabilizer muscles for lighter weight, you may not be able to lift the same max weight you immediately could with your old bench. Remember, good strength comes from form or stance rather than a wider of grip, or heavier weight in the beginning. Always, keep your head up.
