I cannot explain how surprised I am by the amount of comfort I am feeling from this mask. I often have headaches and nausea inducing migraines. This headband is like a cool weighted blanket for your forehead and my eyeballs feel so much comfort. I feel so much more relaxed with the coolness of it against my face. I keep it refrigerated in a zip top bag (to keep any smells from getting to it) but I appreciate it even more when I freeze it for a few hours and place it on my head. Even while doing tasks around my house (aka working and not over my eyes), I am more than pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is. The fabric is very smooth and stretchy enough to go all the way over my head down to my neck so that when I push it back up my hair is not touching my skin, I have sensitivity to certain textures, including my hair against my skin. I am so surprised that this works... this feels better than medicine ... show more

Overall the product is good and does what it’s supposed to, I just wish it stayed colder for longer. I get around a half hour-45 minutes of super cold relief for my migraines when I put this in the fridge, maybe I’ll have to try it in the freezer next and see if that helps the cold stay.

We bought one of these back in December and our daughter took it to school, so this is one for us! This is pretty simple to use--just slip it over your head and let it chill you! We keep ours in the freezer for the times we need it. The cap fits snugly and is made of gel-infused fabric that retains the cold but stays flexible. The combination of the cold and the snug fit feels great, and it also blocks out light. We often use it after being outside in the heat as a way to cool down. The instructions say you can microwave this cap and use it to provide heat. It is way too hot to do that now, but it should come in handy during the winter months. This cap has worked well for us, and we are glad to have it available in our freezer! ... show more

Tried a cap like this before and got this one because of the price, it feels comfortable however it is not as thick as I would like and does not give enough compression. Didn’t relieve my headache as well as the other one I tried.

I honestly did not expect to like this thing THIS much! It is absolutely AMAZING! It wraps your head so snugly and feels so wonderful that we are literally fighting over who gets to use this thing! I am going to heave to order a second one for my husband. It envelops and hugs your whole head in a wonderfully cold gel pad that is soft and stretchy yet holds its shape very nicely. The relief that you get with this cap is unbelievable because in addition to being cold it creates a bit of pressure due to the stretching and it a total game changer.
