Product works great in picking up my chocolate labs hair that's everywhere. Flooring is mostly tile and hardwood. Just wish the container was bigger than it is currently is. Having to stop and empty out the canister every time it fills up

I have the Miele canister vacuum, the best. I love it. However it is a bit heavy to take it up and down the stairs. I have also the Dyson cordless 6. That is some what cumbersome due to having have to hold the button while vacuuming. I thought I give the Miele cordless a try since Consumer Report also rate it high, only second to Samsung cordless. I purchased it on Black Friday with $150 off!! Received it on time and couldn’t wait to try it. It is as good as rated. Well worth the price I paid. $450 with all the attachments. It is quieter than Dyson. More powerful and cleaned so much better then our old cordless Hoover , 20 years old…… ... show more

I have no idea how these people rated this vacum 5 star. I'm a big fan of Miele vacums my last one was c3 paid over a thousand dallars for it had it for 7 yrs. It just broke on me so I purchased this one thinking it will be as good as my other one but honestly I would give one star for this just for the slick look. This vacum is so heavy I used it just for less then a min my arms couldn't handle it. It also doesn't vacum rugs. This vacum isn't worth the price at all. Very very disappointed. ... show more

I bought this vacuum because of Consumers Reports great recommendations. Great Suction and works great on hardwood floors. It even cleans carpet but when I bought it I was not aware that the battery last only about 15 to 20 minutes on carpet. I had to buy another corded vacuum just to do the carpet.

I did my research on a popular consumer research organization and then purchased this highly rated vacuum. After a week of ownership and use, I find the Miele Duoflex HX1 has nice suction, works well on both our hard wood and low pile rugs and is easy to maneuver. Haven’t been able to detach yet to use the dust buster part but great suction power seems to get stuck on my door mats no biggie it’s amazing how much dirt I pick up with it and the battery seems to last and heavy but not as heavy as the dinasour I was using so lugging up steps is better on my back upstairs I use the robot but does do corners so this works for me and the dinasour goes after we finish with construction it served it’s purpose ... show more
