I've had this product for a few months now and I love it. The magnet is very strong and holds my iPhone 14 Pro Max in place. I was sad when it started to loosen on its own and did not want to stay on the vent as well as it used to. I noticed a little piece was missing on the part that connects the mount to the vent. I contacted the seller and told them about my issues. They immediately reached out and offered to send me a replacement free of charge in a few days. They offer warranty on their products which is great when things start to wear out or break. But overall the mount is well worth the buy and it is of good quality. This mount attached to a horizontal vent very firmly, the magnet attaches firmly to the center of the iPhone and it doesn't move. Good value solution for a phone mount in an older vehicle that doesn't have carplay.

Nice mount but not very stable. Any bump in the road the the phone bounces. To be expected with the design. Magnet will not hold phone through the case I have but the magnet does stick to the outside of my case so far so good. Magnet is strong.

So far seems to be a good phone mount for your car. If you don’t have the phone case with the magnetic circle they actually provide one to put on your phone or phone case. As you can see in the picture I got a phone case with the magnetic circle in it already. I haven’t drove yet with it on there. That will be tomorrow when I go to work. Hopefully it holds up. Very strong magnetic hold tho, you can tell when you put it on and off the mount. Very very easy to install. Self explanatory or you can scan the QR code and watch a quick video. ... show more

I upgraded to this after using the old sticker magnet-style phone mount. The magnet on this is so much stronger and works with our phones without having to add more magnets with each phone upgrade or case upgrade etc. This is a great mount.

UPDATE - Exceptional customer service. I heard back from the seller about my review of their magnetic cell phone mount. Just want to say what I mentioned in the review, this magnet seems like it would be something very nice. It’s attractive to begin with, but just didn’t work for the vent design on my car. It seems like it would be a good piece to have for someone who has a different layout of their vent system. I’m giving the seller and the product a five star review for their attention to this matter. Obviously they care about their products and they want to satisfy the customer. I do recommend this magnet phone holder for someone with a different set up because it is a strong unit and will definitely hold the phone once it’s in place securely. All these 5 Star reviews prove this cell phone MagSafe holder is a smart purchase for the right fit. The hook isn’t working for me because it lacks stability. Not all vents can handle this type of design. If it had a couple grips to slide onto the vent that would have been fine. But as it is, this won’t cut it. I will say the MagSafe is strong and can support the iPhone 13 with no problem. Just need a workable unit for a good hold. ... show more
