Makes life sooooo easy. My cat went straight into it there was no moment of hesitation or fear when we introduced the machine I was afraid my cat would be scared but luckily that wasn’t the case. While it is quite heavy atleast u don’t have to deep clean it until every month so it’s not too bad that’s only if u want the machine to be clean though. Worth every penny. The motion sensor works pretty well too. There was also almost no noise to wake u up if ur cat happens to use the bathroom anytime at night. It covers up the smell pretty well but there are times where my cat had did a number 3 and I think that reaked pretty bad u may have to sit with that smell for like a minute before it disappears on the bright side It doesn’t linger. ... show more

I love this machine. I have one concern. I have often odd weights for my cats. Makes me wonder if scale is accurate. I have two improvements to suggest. Notification when waste bin needs emptying would be helpful and a camera to help identify cats since scale is questionable.

Outstanding! Best smart litter box available in my opinion. Perfect size for my three little ones Oder free. Easy to maintain all around . I did have an issue with the waste removal door , and it was taken care of with great ease I sent an email to meow want and the CEO contacted me directly asked me to send a picture and explanation of my issue and they replaced the litter box immediately fedex it to me and I had it two days later. For years i had been considering an automatic litter box but was hesitant due to price. Had this for about 2 weeks now. Works well. Within 2 days all of my cats had begun using it. Initially they were playing in it. Causing it to stop spinning during a clean cycle. This is a tight fit for my larger cats. So have kept a regular box as well. Very quiet so far. ... show more

I can’t compare this to other cat litters because I’ve purchased it for a gift for someone else, however, they are very happy with the product and said have never smelled the litter again since using this box.
