It worked great at first and I follow all of the instructions and best practices but lately clumps of urine/litter get stuck to the ceiling every time it runs a cleaning cycle which then falls onto the cats when they are using it. It’s absolutely disgusting and I’ve only had this for a little over two months. Too late to return-what a waste of money.

This is perfect for one cat. It’s is easy to assemble and looks very cute. Everything can be controlled over the app like cleaning the waste manually and empty out the whole thing. The app will also tell you when and how long your cat went for. It comes with a roll of trash bag and some fragrance gels. As for cleaning wise, I deep clean every 2 weeks by emptying out everything and wipe with cleaning wipes which is pretty easy I would say. Overall, I think it is better than a traditional litter box.

save your money-do not buy...between the constant dumping if ALL the litter into the waste receptacle and the crap smeared everywhere I actually end up taking this piece of crap apart about once a day to clean and trouble shoot why its not working. bought this and the litter robot 4 and the pet safe automatic litter boxes-all in the same month and this is the one I will not ever buy again. It dumps all the litter i to the waste receptacle at least 2x a week, the cats keep tryong to use it and so poop gets smeared everywhere and I end up having to take it apart to clean which is a hugely time consuming ordeal. I literally hate this machine!. it also leaks cat litter into the bottom base so we have got pee and poop in the gear it smells horrible-save yourself the aggravation. Im putting it outside for the trash men today.

The media could not be loaded. This product is HORRIBLE!! It never worked correctly since the day I received it. It does not run through its cycle quietly. It gets stuck and makes loud noises (see video). I contacted Meowant regarding the 1 year warranty on their defective product and they will not replace with a comparable item since the LR01 is out of stock. It's disgusting that they are treating me, an 87 year old woman, with 6 cats this way. Now, I am out $294.00 for this garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!

Do not buy....this is not a good cat litter box, the place where you put the litter is made of silicone and soft so the pee and poop stick to it.We tried 3 different litters and none of them worked very well.

It does everything except tell you when the bin is full. So you have to figure out through trial and error how frequently you need to empty it. And you better figure it out because it will keep running with a full bin causing a bigger mess than if you just had a regular litter box. 😒
