The litter box arrived well-packaged and was easy to assemble. The instructions were straightforward, and the control panel is simple with just a few buttons. The included accessories, like the odor filter and waste bag system, are handy and make cleaning less messy. The design looks modern, but the inside space is smaller than I expected. It works fine for my average-sized cat, but I wouldn't recommend it for larger cats. The waste drawer and bag system are convenient, though litter sometimes sticks on the sides and needs manual wiping. The odor filter helps a little, but it's not completely odor-free. Also, the build quality feels a bit lightweight - I'll have to see how durable it is after longer use. Overall, it's a decent automatic litter box for small to medium cats. I LOVE IT I bought this just over a month ago. My 9yr old cat took to it without any issues. She used a covered litter box already. I was worried about my foster cat who used an open litterbox, but she hasn't had any issues using it either. It saves me so much grief not having to scoop. I empty the bin every 3 or 4 days and the bin fits the plastic grocery bags. I haven't installed the scent cake and haven't had any unpleasant smells. I haven't changed the litter, I just keep adding to it every week and wipe any smudges if needed. The size is perfect for my bathroom closet and it is very quiet when its working. The base is sturdy and allows the actual litter box to be very secure. The only issue is that the app requires 2.4 and I have 5. Not tech savvy so Im not able to download and use the app.

I really wanted this litter box to work, but it created more maintenance than a standard litter box. My senior cat urinates near the front entrance, and urine-soaked litter repeatedly stuck and built up around the guard/opening instead of being cleaned away. I had to manually scrape clumps loose almost daily. More concerning, I discovered urine and soiled litter collecting underneath the bowl/base area, creating a hidden mess that required disassembly and cleaning. I tried different litters and troubleshooting steps, but the issue continued. This may work for some cats, but for a larger senior cat or one that urinates near the front, it was disappointing—especially for the price.

This automatic litter box has been a lifesaver! The open design makes it easy for all of my cats—including my older one—to get in and out without issues. It cleans itself quickly after use, and the odor control is amazing. I love being able to monitor everything through the app—it even tracks how often each cat uses it. Super quiet, very safe, and the extra-large size means less scooping and more peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I’m giving this 4 stars only because it is not completely scoop free! The clumping litter sticks to the bottom of the tub just as it did in the others, so I still have to scoop a bit! However, I’m a senior and at least now I can dislodge the stuck litter, leave it in the tub and use the manual mode to empty the clumps into the disposal bin! It saves the backbreaking process before of scooping into a separate bag, which always ended up leaving litter all over the floor that I had to clean up, plus changing out litter is so much easier as well as disposal of waste. I certainly prefer it to the old manual options!

This is a great litter box! I’ve tried many through the years. We moved to a smaller apt and needed one to contain odor, not noisy and one my cat would like ✅✅✅ easy to clean only time it has odor so I hold my breath once a week! So easy to clean I’ve had for 8 months and so far it’s great! Also has an app that tells you weight, when your furry friend visits. Love it!

The litter box design is very nice, but the space is a little small. I have three cats, each around 8-9 lbs. The product description says it can handle cats up to 22 lbs, which I really doubt. Other than the limited space, I'm quite satisfied overall. The waste drawer is on the top, making it very easy to clean. The app is also good. For a single cat, the tracking accuracy is high. But since I have three cats with similar weights, the app can't always tell them apart correctly. I have to use my own webcam and cross-check the video times to manually adjust which cat used it. Although I personally feel the space is too small, I still really like it and gave it 5 stars. The ability to log each cat's bathroom times is very useful, and if the space were just a bit larger, it would be perfect. Another plus is that the power adapter supports 100v-240v, which works for us since we plan to retire in Thailand (where the voltage is 220v). The app also records the cat's weight, but sometimes it's not accurate. It depends on whether the cat goes fully inside. One of my cats is shy and only dares to enter halfway because of the small space. As a result, the weight measurement isn't correct, and she sometimes pees outside the box. We're still training her.😅
