The litter box arrived well-packaged and was easy to assemble. The instructions were straightforward, and the control panel is simple with just a few buttons. It works fine for my average-sized cat, but I wouldn't recommend it for larger cats. This automatic litter box has been a lifesaver! The open design makes it easy for all of my cats—including my older one—to get in and out without issues. It cleans itself quickly after use, and the odor control is amazing. I love being able to monitor everything through the app—it even tracks how often each cat uses it. Super quiet, very safe, and the extra-large size means less scooping and more peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Love the quietness while rotating, love the low entry for my senior cat. It’s easy to change/replace the bag. Best for one cat household because the compartment that holds the used litter is small and would need to be changed more often. The compartment is difficult to open, but like the fact it’s on the top of the machine making it easier for people with mobility problems.

Yes, we can easily understand a defective product, especially the one is something new, almost experimental and just appeared on the market recently. It will take time for the producing company to learn about all the mistakes that were made during the design and testing and correct them based on the customer's experience. Why would they allow for the product to hit the market before it was tested and re-tested many times, until reaching the perfection- is a rhetorical question. Every company is running ahead of itself to grab a profit and recoup the investment. We understand that too. What we would never understand is why should the company ( MeoWant in this case ) in addition to a relatively new product that requires a lot of improvements hire incompetent people to handle customer service, the part of the business as important as the product development itself. I, after receiving the defective product, tried for a month to come to understanding with one of the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life, trying to explain ( and even prove, believe it or not) that the automatic cat litter box I purchased is not working according to the description on the product page. I was made to produce a video showing it. Then video that was received, disappeared. Then after the second attempt to send, it was received but the customer rep complained that the quality is poor ( which was not true). Then on the third attempt - it was finally receive and views and determined that there are not problems with the box ( not true again). In other words, the MeoWant made me work for my money I paid for the product before making any suggestion or decision of how to go about it. Lucky me, it was not purchased directly, but through Amazon, and I, eventually, getting tired of the stupidity and stubbornness on the part of the company, I had to go through return the box and decided not to deal with these guys ever. But my rhetorical question, who will decide to buy their product despite all that is written there- is--- what would happen if the Cats litter box works ( when received) and stops working three or six months or even a year after purchase? What do you think will happen to you and will you be able to find head and tale in this craze entanglement they call customer service. Do you believe, you will be served as a customer? Will they even talk to you? Will they be helpful? In which way? Too many questions. No good answers, if you ask me. Do not touch their products with a "ten miles long pole" . If you do, you will be frustrated, disappointed and not find any judgment or justice on the way.

This automatic litter box is amazing—very fancy and stylish, but also super practical. The installation was really easy and straightforward, and it’s very user-friendly overall. My cat had no trouble getting used to it. The self-rotating cleaning function works great, and the build quality feels solid and well-made. One of my favorite features is the app control—it lets you trigger a clean even when you’re not home, which is super convenient. For what it offers, I think it’s a great value for the money. I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to any cat owner looking for an upgrade!

I LOVE IT I bought this just over a month ago. My 9yr old cat took to it without any issues. She used a covered litter box already. I was worried about my foster cat who used an open litterbox, but she hasn't had any issues using it either. It saves me so much grief not having to scoop. I empty the bin every 3 or 4 days and the bin fits the plastic grocery bags. I haven't installed the scent cake and haven't had any unpleasant smells. I haven't changed the litter, I just keep adding to it every week and wipe any smudges if needed. The size is perfect for my bathroom closet and it is very quiet when its working. The base is sturdy and allows the actual litter box to be very secure. The only issue is that the app requires 2.4 and I have 5. Not tech savvy so Im not able to download and use the app.

I’ve been using this automatic cat litter box for couple weeks and overall, it’s been a game-changer. The biggest benefit is convenience, no more scooping every day! The box automatically cleans itself after my cat uses it, which keeps odors down and makes the whole house feel fresher. The self-cleaning function works reliably. I only need to empty the waste drawer once or twice a week. It’s much less smelly compared to a regular litter box. My cat adjusted surprisingly quickly, even though she’s usually picky about changes. The design looks modern and neat. I will definitely recommend it to my friends who have cats.
