For me, the home gym can be made or broken by the bench. This is a fantastic choice for any home gym and it’s worth its price for sure. No slop or wobble, it’s extremely sturdy but not so heavy that it’s a pain to pick up if you need to ( my power rack is bolted down to a raised deadlift platform). Assembly was easy and straight forward. I would recommend this bench for sure!

Love all the incline and decline options. It’s stable and provides a nice bit of color to the gym. If you have a wider back, the top may be a bit narrow, but for me it works great. It feels sturdy and is easy to assemble.

I am a tightwad, and my first bench was like $50ish. I dealt with its cheapness for a bit but outgrew it after a year. When I saw this bench, I squeeked when I saw the On-Sale price, but I took a chance. I am very happy with it and would buy again. It assembled very easily and is very solid. The adjustments are simply made, and the wheels make it easy to move around. I find that the seat and back are not very wide compared to ones at the gym, but I prefer a narrower bench for my back. Probably the only thing I wish it had is handles on the sides of the seat. That is not a deal breaker because of the cost.

This bench is a perfect example of getting what you pay for. It is every bit as tough, durable, and over built as the name brands of similar styles.... at a fraction of the size. This is a rock-solid bench, but it is lower to the ground, with a narrow seat and a very narrow, contoured back. It has a lot of adjustment and is easy to maneuver around, but due to its profile it just isn't for me. I will keep it for the lady and the kids who it is perfect for, but I will need to find another option for myself. For reference I'm 5'10" 210lbs with a wide back and broad shoulders.

I bought one for my Daughter and Son in law for Christmas. I liked the specs it appeared solid, my plan was to go cheap for them and then buy a more expensive premium brand for my wife and I, but when I saw theirs and sat in it, adjusted it, felt how solid it is, I thought it is the perfect bench at the perfect price especially when I am putting a bunch of money into setting up a home gym. Look for sales, they are worth the regular price but if you get it on sale, there is not a better deal out there trust me I spend a lot of time researching and looking at options before buying. I ended up buying a second one for my wife and I.

The main things I look for in a bench: - Firm and supportive - Not too wide. It's not a bed - Plenty of adjustability - Solid construction - Stability This bench has all of the things I want in a bench, and I haven't found anything yet that I find problematic about it. Thus, it gets 5 stars.

This is definitely the bench to get. It was purchased as an early birthday present for my son. The assembly is easy, just a few minutes. He loves the bench as it is big enough for his frame, almost 6 feet tall as an early teen. He says it is comfortable, but above all FAR more sturdy and stable than other benches he has used. Gone are the problems of wobbling, tipping and inclined positions letting loose. There was an issue with the seat arriving torn, the box did get beat up in transit, but we contacted the email supplied by Major Fitness in the instruction manual. To my surprise, after a few more emails, sending photos and receipt info, Major Fitness sent a new seat as compensation. That is top notch customer service showing the company cares about its customers and works to make it right. Would definitely recommend.
