I bought these to keep in my vehicles, so I can see at a glance if I have completed a maintenance task, and, if so, when and where I did it. I use it to document tire alignments, tire purchases, dealer check ups, filter replacements, brake jobs, oil changes in engine and in the differentials (my Subaru has three), A/C checks, etc. I do what maintenance I can easily do myself, pay for my local mechanic to do things like alignments and oil changes, and pay the dealership to do jobs that require specialized equipment and tools. I use this record book to quickly ascertain if I have already completed some maintenance item that the dealer is prompting me that it needs to be done. Finally, I have learned that this record book is super impressive to an inquirer when you are selling your car yourself for $$$ more than what the dealer is willing to offer you when you are buying a new car. ... show more

    • Great but big.
I work in maintenance and since keeping track of services and expenditures is apart of the job I decided, why not do that same thing at home. Lots of pages and printed well. Has great spots for keeping tracking of specific information and was inexpensive. The only downside is that they are pretty large, so if you have a tiny glove box or arm rest this won't be the logs for you. ... show more
