I received these a couple of days ago. Installed them today! Very easy to install, the steps provided are sufficient. If you’ve ever installed any kind of blinds, like Bali, you’ll know exactly what to do. It’s a very high-quality product, the up/down mechanism is solid, feels strong and efficient. They are truly blackout blinds, white outside but perfect darkness. I needed these in a very bright living room where it’s difficult to watch TV during the day. The top down is just perfect for this application. The vendor is easy to reach out to and provides prompt responses. When it comes to measurement, their steps are exact! For inside blinds, order half an inch less in width and two inches longer in height, it’ll be just right! The blinds and hardware were shipped and arrived in perfect condition. I have just one complaint – a bracket! When attempting to remove the blinds to adjust, the springs on one of the brackets came off. I can’t find them! However, I found replacement Boolegon Honeycomb Blinds Pull Down Cellular Shades brackets, two for 10 bucks. Awesome, minimal cost and I’ll have an extra one. The same or similar blinds at your local hardware store will cost you twice as much if not more. I plan to order more Boolegon blinds for other windows. I’m not easy to satisfy, but I am truly impressed with this product, and vendor!

Edit: the only negative I have is the clip in handles don't fit. I plan to contact the company soon. I was apprehensive about buying these shades because non refundable but at one quarter the price of big box store name brand I gave it a try. Measurements were easy to get, and they were easy for my (senior) husband to install with a drill. The quality and color is the same as big box store name brands. We saved about $800 by buying these and I would definitely do it again or recommend to others.

The window shades we custom ordered fit, the mounting brackets very well designed with installation complete in fifteen minutes for the four foot wide honeycomb box pleat design. We bought a pair. The first one didn't have installation instruction but we were able to figure it out without issue. The second did have instruction, which were easy to follow and my wife and I installed in less than 10 minutes. The white we selected reflected light, and it honeycomb design blocked the cold draft off the 30 square feet of glass in the Northwest view corner. We just installed them but they appear to be more durable in design than other brands we've used.

The blinds work very well. I ordered the bleach white color. They don’t look white. They have a slight gray tone.
