After purchasing two other brands, I quickly got tired of having to take out the ice pack from the sleeve to re-freeze, then have to put it back. Then I found this brand. It doesn't require a sleeve, you just chill and re-use, saving you all of that extra time and effort. Better yet, these packs stay cold a long time. Even though I usually wear a size Large in men's shirts, I bought the Small Size, and it fits just right. I LOVE these!!!

I had some pretty severe neck and shoulder pain and was having a hard time finding relief. This shoulder ice pack is reallt well made and adjustable. I am a size 22 and it fit perfectly. My daughter has had to use it as well and she is a smaller teen. I liked that I was able to tighten it to apply a bit more pressure when I needed to as well and loosen it also. Sometimes the extra pressure felt good on my shoulder. I have since recovered and do not have to use it but if the pain should come back this will be certainly be my go to. Also the owner of this company emailed me a couple weeks after I made the purchase to ask if it helped and if I was feeling better? How nice is that? Overall great experience and great product. Highly recommend for relief of shoulder pain.

This is a great ice pack for your shoulder. It is great to use on your shoulder if you do not have to ice your shoulder through any bandages. I did find that with thick bandages on…this ice pack wasn’t much help for me. The ice pack was easy to secure using the straps. I did not find that the ice pack leaked at all. As a helpful tip: when putting it in freezer I would suggest storing in a storage plastic bag. As without one freezer burn starts to happen on ice pack and is kinda annoying when you go to ice your shoulder. When using the plastic bag this didn’t happen. This ice pack is definitely a keeper in our book though.

I had Bicep Tendonesis surgery and I wanted to make sure I found something that’ll go around my arm and not be a hard brick like I seen a lot of other ice packs online. You gotta be careful for that. This one does not get hard like a brick otherwise I’d use it for my lunchbox lol but no, it’s soft when you pull it out of the freezer and flexible. I noticed some other reviews on many products say something about condensation ice buildup and you have to realize that when you pull something freezing cold out of the freezer that condensation naturally will build up on it due to the temperature of the product and the temperature of the air in the room. Then when you put it back in the freezer, the condensation will obviously freeze on the exterior - it’s just common sense but it seems like people lack it. Anyway, it’s good gets the job done but unfortunately, I’m a baby and I can’t move my arm much so I just put it on top of it. I don’t wrap it around.

I did not expect to receive 2 units one each for heat and cold. I use it regularly and fits very well. From a design perspective I cannot add anything. However, the cold ice pack is good enough for about 25 minutes. I can increase the time by either using it directly to my skin, or I can easily insert a smaller ice pack that can be held within its fold. I think the price point is excellent. Very convenient also.

small in size, thin vs thick so doesn't stay cold very long. It was listed as an alternative to the gel pack (which was out of stock) but there is no comparative. I would not recommend. (I'm a nurse)
