We had initially purchased the Hexclad 10" non-stick skillet based on all the hype and endorsement by Gordon Ramsey. Problem was, food stuck to it! Go figure. Purchased this Made In 10" skillet to replace and man do we love it. Browns meats nicely with easy clean up. Eggs (scrambled, omelets, over easy) all slide around. Giving it a 4 for versatility because it didn't come with a lid. Bought a 3rd party clear/silicon lid that fits both 10 and 12 inch pans. We like cooking in this so much we plan to purchase the 8 and 12 inch pans. A well made product!

This is a great skillet. Cleans in a wipe. I fry steaks, pork chops, fish, sausage. No issues whatsoever. I particularly like to fry chops at very high heat, maybe 2 minutes per side, nice char. Worth the money.

You can cook things in a hot oven which is what I really like about this particular non-stick pan. It's also beautifully made, quite reasonably heavy and the surface is beautiful. Just read the instructions carefully because nothing is indestructible. I don't have any scratches on mine and I'm careful to follow the instructions. It's not super delicate but the surface has to be maintained with care. It doesn't transfer heat the same as ceramic covered cast iron, so it won't put a sear on say Salmon skin the same as ceramic covered cast iron but I cooked lamb loin chops in the oven with this and they turned out great, with a nice crust. It's safe up to 500°, which is awesome. They just want you to wipe it clean and not even use the abrasive side of a sponge so that's what I mean by pay attention. I haven't had anything stick on it that I couldn't get off by rubbing with a soft sponge. I usually wipe it out right after cooking with either a paper towel or the soft side of the sponge and everything comes right up. I'm going to try mashing my refried beans in it with a plastic masher but I'm going to be very careful not to scrape the flat and or its edge along the bottom when I do so.

I bought this pan for my grandmother who recently got and induction stovetop and has been struggling to find a good nonstick pan to cook her eggs. We got her this one hoping it would fit the bill and she loves it. I’ve tested it myself and it works great. The nonstick coating seems good, it’s compatible with induction, and it’s smaller size makes it more easily maneuverable. My one wish was that it’s a smidge lighter, but that’s just personal preference. Other than that, this pan is a great nonstick pan that is also compatible with your induction stovetops. Would recommend.

I kept the shipping box and packing materials in case I wanted to return this expensive pan set. But after my first use making bacon and blueberry pancakes I am hooked on the feeling. They are amazing in sizes, in the weight, in the balance, in the comfort of the handles that did not get hot to touch, in the even heat distribution and in the visual joy of observing state of the art tools in operation. The clean up was an easy wipe out with a paper towel then soft sponge soap and rinse then wipe dry. I just had to get used to using way less cooking oil because it is not needed to prevent sticking with the slick coating. I also recommend the soft in between pan stacking liners to prevent scratching and get assorted coated utensils. They worked great on our electric burner stove top but have not used them in the oven yet.

Believe me, I was just as skeptical as anyone reading this, and we’d purchased several other pans on here that all make the same claims and never lived up to the expectations. We’ve had this coming up on two years now and it still works like day one. Anything stuck on it glides off INSTANTLY. My one qualm is it both scratches and stains relatively easily, so you really do have to be very careful with it, but if all you want is a pan that’s truly non-stick and easy to clean, this is worth every penny.

I can't tell you how satisfied I am with this incredible pan. It was well packaged from the manufacturer and Amazon placed their box inside another box. There were no issues with shipping. It came quickly. It's like owning professional chef's cookware. I've used it for about two weeks now for most of my cooking needs. It heats evenly and makes cooking and removing food from it a breeze. I only use just a little butter or Olive oil in it. The handle stays cool to the touch. Some negative reviews stem from people who do not read or pay attention to the manufacturer's instructions. It's obvious with some of them. I believe this pan will outlast every pan I've ever bought. It will last if you take care of it properly. I spent the extra money to get a tough American-made pan.
