This is a decent, cost effective at-home bench. I have been using it for quite some time now and aa happy with my purchase. For reference, I am 5'7" and weigh 120. This bench is sturdy enough for me to use. I do believe for a larger individual, this is not the best choice. It is a smaller bench and may not hold up or be uncomfortable. This is definitely not like a bench you will find at a gym, but it is easy to move and overall a decent at-home bench.

One person in my household is over 400lbs. He is able to sit on this confidently, and do his workouts. It's adjustable, lay flat, and thick strong padding. After many months of use it still looks like new. Good quality metals and foams were used to build this. Yet light enough to be moved and put away by a single person. Give it a try! Nice wide seat

Pretty good for the price. Easy enough to assemble. Feels sturdy. Used it a few times now and it has been steady and wobble free. Not sure about quality of the padding and cover, but time will tell.

I've been going to gyms for a long time. But all I ever really used in the gym were the dumbbells and an incline bench. So after years of wasting money on gym memberships - I decided to just start using the dumbbells I had at home. But I needed a bench. I looked into getting a used one, but the prices people were asking - for their used junk - was insane. Then I saw this Lusper bench on Amazon and watched some video reviews on. It got some good reviews so I bought it. It came almost fully assembled in a surprisingly small box and it does appear to be a good value. The steel and the welds all appear to be very strong and the bench is very sturdy for its weight and size. It's also foldable making it easy to store in a corner or a closet. The padding is adequate - I've seen better padding and I've seen much worse. HOWEVER - do not kid yourself - it is an inexpensive bench designed for home workouts, therefore it is NOT the same as the benches found in commercial gyms. If you're the type of person who grabs the corners of the bench and puts all your weight onto it to do some rows; or you lean back over edge to do some heavy pullovers - then I suggest you use caution on this bench. The board (that is the backing for the cushioning) can bend and eventually break. It appears to be some type of compressed cardboard - not thick plywood as found on commercial benches. Also, the gap (where the incline pivot is located) is about two inches wide. I don't mind the gap, but some people may find it too wide for their tastes. Overall I would say for the price - it's worth it. If you're like me and stick to lighter weights and more reps then this bench is great for your home gym workouts. But if you're a serious body builder or power lifter who likes to abuse the bench, then I would stay far away from this one.
