I just received the vacuum today, ran my first cycle, and I’m impressed. I have 2 cats so I spend a lot of time sweeping and vacuuming up hair but this will definitely help cut down that time. I love how you can watch the pattern of the cleaning on the app and misses nothing. Robot had no issues when transitioning from hard wood to carpet. I even have plush bath mats on my vacuum floor and it didn’t get stuck on them. Not loud at all. I live in an apartment and am always conscious of how much noise I’m making, especially to the neighbors below me. I definitely recommend this product and the price makes it worth while.

Product is worth the money! It is very helpful for me as i have loads of office work and cooking etc. House was a mess, but now with this robot vacuum i don’t have to worry at all.. i don’t have to lift heavy vacuum cleaners and manage the cord or anything. It goes to every room and cleans both hardwood and carpets. Mapped the house really well and does not leave a spot! Remote control is easy to use. If anyone looking for robotic vacuum, do go for this.

I’ve had the LS1 unit for 4 weeks now with no issues. I like it. It’s not perfect in picking up little pieces even on the normal suction setting- but it does a decent job. I clean the dust reservoir out pretty regularly so I know the suction is good. I haven’t used the mopping feature yet. I thought the programming for the unit was pretty straight forward. When adding a forbidden wall or zone it’s a little clunky but it does work. Once I lost the mapping but I was able restore the map from the app. The downside is the absence of customer service. I’ve asked a simple question on how to change the time zone on the robot. I made 3 different attempts to get an answer- twice from the app and once on their website but no response. I’ve seen other reviews that had the same experience. The issue is that I need to program the cleaning time an hour ahead to have it clean when I want it to clean. (ie: I set the time in the app for 9:00 am to have it clean at 8:00 am.) However, all in all, the LS1 is a good unit for the price.

I was impressed with all the positive reviews (wondering now) and price. It seems like a good product but after multiple attempts all afternoon following their app troubleshooting advice, still cannot connect to the app. If your ISP provides your modem/router, it says a problem connecting and that seems to be true. Then it instructs to make some esoteric changes to the way your router works which would adversely affect your other network-connected devices.. Long story short, there apparently was a lack of sufficient product development/testing which makes this product deficient. Also, the lack of a customer support phone number indicates indifference to customers' needs. I will return and look for a competitive product that is ISP-supplied modem/router compatible.: UPDATE: The only way to connect with the manufacturer is through email which I did. It said a response would be forthcoming in 24 hours. It's now almost 48 hours and no response. Faulty product, terrible customer service.

It does work great on hardwood floors. But does have a tendency to get stuck on your clothes if they're on the floor. It is not so great on carpets though I have noticed.

I was hesitant to buy not a high brand name vacuum but decided to try and absolutely don’t regret. I’ve got no problems, my floors are clean every day, no hair and cookie crumbs. My helper cleans while we are out of the house, have bunch of censors not to fall to the basement lol, not damaging moldings (that was my concern as well). I wish I bought such machine years ago, not sure what I was waiting for. I haven’t had so much free time for several years as I tend to sweep the floors at least 2-3 times daily having kids and 2 pets.

Great little vacuum impressed with the coverage of this vs random pattern and crashing into things as of our previous brand. Only concern is lack of available replacement parts that will wear out in time. For that reason only 4 stars. UPDATE: Contacted seller with concern about availability of consumable parts and they responded promptly within 1 day. Questions were answered and concerns were addressed and they made sure I got what I needed. Excellent customer service! Did I mention this robot vacuum/mop is amazing? 5+ stars!

I don't write reviews and this is literally the best customer service I've had IN MY LIFE. There's a small metal bracket that lets the brushes snap on, and mine was missing one, so the brush just kept falling off. I was going to return it and their customer service immediately messaged me to replce the vacuum with a new one. I wish they could be customer service for everyone and everything in the world!!
