- WaterproofThe shade sail is made of 160GSM PES material, PU coated, blocks up to 98% of UV rays, and has a shade rate of 90%- 95% (white series 85%-90%). It is resistant to light rain and has a water pressure resistance of 400 kPa. Please do not use it in heavy rain or storms
- InstallationWaterproof shade sails need to be installed at a 30-degree angle with maximum tension to allow run off and face up. Otherwise the water may accumulate and affect the use of the shade canopy
- Splicing ProcessTo improve the waterproof performance, we use hot-melt adhesive and splicing process. Most sizes consist of two pieces of shade fabric, but you don't have to worry about leaks at the splice
