I really like these. I keep them in the freezer which makes them almost too cold. Storing them in the fridge is probably best. Though, I love how they don't need to be kept refrigerated at all. It's handy it to them in a bag in case it's super hot out. I find that I can reuse them once if I keep the package or a ziplock to put it in once it's warm. Putting the gel side in front of cold air (from car vents) makes them cold again if they get warm. Very helpful to not overheat in the summer! Just wish it didn't have the cutesy designs on them; it's too embarrassing to wear visibly on the back of neck (hair up). But they are great on the back underneath a shirt. I recommend!

Had adults use this during the sweltering heat and humidity. It's incredibly easy. 1) open package (all individually wrapped) 2) peel off protection strip 3) slap onto wherever on your body It helped cool a few of us while we were at a festival. It didn't solve everything but it helped a bit, easy to use, light, and nice to have. Would totally recommend for anyone who overheats. No idea about the pain element.

Put one on the inside of your forearm to help hot flashes pass quicker. I switch one on my right and left arms but you could put one on each arm. You can even lay it down on the package and reuse it for your next hot flash.

As a grown adult with migraines I use this to cool my head down (I get feverish when migraines come on). They also stick pretty well, I can be sitting up working at my desk and it doesn't peel off or fall but not so much that it's difficult to remove, not sure why some people say that. You also get plenty of pads for the money, so no complaints there. Regardless, can't recommend this more. Cute, great value for money, easy to keep in a purse or in a bedside drawer. 10/10

They feel nice and I don't find the smell overwhelming, but they don't actually adhere to the skin very well. They fall off pretty much immediately, so you can't really walk around with them or do much moving depending on where you stick them.
