As a grown adult with migraines I use this to cool my head down (I get feverish when migraines come on). They also stick pretty well, I can be sitting up working at my desk and it doesn't peel off or fall but not so much that it's difficult to remove, not sure why some people say that. You also get plenty of pads for the money, so no complaints there. Regardless, can't recommend this more. They feel nice and I don't find the smell overwhelming, but they don't actually adhere to the skin very well. They fall off pretty much immediately, so you can't really walk around with them or do much moving depending on where you stick them.
