I researched all of the vibration platforms before I made my choice. There were several reasons why I chose LifePro. 1. I loved the lifetime warranty. 2. The details that outlined the quality and integrity of their product, to include additional support. 3. The details of what the vibration plate was capable of doing, and the body systems it supported. 4. Price I have recently been diagnosed with a rare inherited disease that has a toxic accumulation of copper in the body. It affects the liver, kidneys, brain and eyes. I have chosen to treat my condition holistically with the help of my wonderful physician. (Please note, I'm not making any medical claims, I'm sharing my personal experience with this product. Everyone is different, and these are my results.) It was recommended that I purchase a vibration machine to help flush out the toxic build up of copper from my body. One of my many symptoms was excessive lower extremity pitting edema in both legs. With this disease, all elimination of copper based foods is vital, which I did immediately. This helped to reduce a percentage of swelling, however, I still had a considerable amount of toxic copper in my system. I've had the LifePro for about 2 weeks now, and I use it 2-4 times per day on average, in different positions, and using different programs (P0-P9). I have my favorites... Within the first 3 days of using this machine, 100% of the edema was GONE!! I had my legs, ankles and feet back to normal, and I was extremely happy!!! I could see improvement immediately, and I thought I was seeing things! But honestly, it worked! I used the machine 10 times in 3 days, and I saw dramatic improvement! The additional benefits I have received have been more stamina, less fatigue, I'm feeling better every day, and along with lots of water after each set, I feel that the toxic levels are quickly being flushed from my system. I am also using this machine for lymphatic drainage, focusing primarily on my upper body where the lymphatic ducts are located. So I do at least 1-2 sessions with my arms on the machine, both front and back. This is best done on lower settings P0-P3. Additionally, I reached out to customer service, as I had a few questions about the settings. I used Facebook Messager, as I had joined their VIP Facebook group, which everyone who purchases this machine is able to be part of. Joel, one of the owners, was quick to reply, and answered all of my questions in detail! The Facebook group also gives you access to several videos on how to use the machine and different exercises you can do. I found these to all be bonuses for me, since my primary reason for purchasing was not for fitness. I explained to Joel my situation, and he was really accommodating to my request for the information I needed to support my health journey; so that I get the most (and best) use out of the vibration machine. The media could not be loaded. I love that I feel like I get a workout from this but it makes an awful clicking and humming noise for the entire 15 minutes. It's super annoying when your trying to concentrate and the power plate is just banging away making a weird creaking sound the whole time. Update: lifepro customer service is great and sent me a replacement. Video posted is the difference between the two with the squeak that started. ... show more

My metabolic disorder caused me to gain weight my whole life. I got up to 400lbs by last summer. I could barely walk. Osteoarthritis in the hips and knees didn't help, and neither did the sciatic pain and lumbar pain from lugging around this bulky body for 47 years. I got on WW and lost 30lbs. That helped a lot, but my body was still weak and in pain a lot, esp the hips and lumbar area. I saw a video on Facebook where a woman's cat was crawling around her feet while she was on a vibrating board. I decided to Google around to see what this board was. I found this Amazon page and read the reviews. I ordered the LifePro vibration plate last week. Since I have so much weight on my body, and standing hurts, I sit on the edge of my bed with my feet on the plate. After 1 week of Program 0 for 15 minutes twice a day, my pelvic and hip pain are almost gone. Last night I stayed in bed all night, not having to get up because of pelvic and lumbar pain. I recommend this board, even if you are 500lbs - just sit in a chair, or on the edge of the bed, use the arm straps to work the upper body, and let LifePro work your legs and hips. My edema has improved as well, and the red splotches from poor circulation are disappearing. I've been chatting with customer service on Facebook, and they are very supportive of me and happy I am feeling so much better. This plate is worth the money - please think about investing in it. You don't have to stand on it, you can sit on a chair or on the edge of the bed, and it feels so good. The tingle in my muscles after it stops is amazing. I walk and stretch most everyday but felt I needed more. I bought this machine because I sit most of the day at work at a computer and feel like I needed help in getting my blood flowing throughout my body. I watched the YouTube videos to help get me started and have been using my machines four times a week for a couple of weeks and I am totally convinced my body awakening in all areas. Standing straight blew my mind the way it affects my hips and lower back deeply. There is not anything like it. I get massages regularly, but never had the loosening results that this machine gives me. Each different body pose shifts the workout results. You can also repeat movements to build strength. This machine doesn’t require any assembly whatsoever. I was researching this product thoroughly for my dad who has osteoprosis his BMD results stated it was 2.5 SD. The doc recommended drugs but I didnt want my dad to be on drugs, so I bought him vitamin D, calcium and others and this unit based on my google research. before purchasing this one, I read a bunch of reviews on various websites and many of them mentioned it was complex to assemble, but this Lifepro unit was literally no setup besides unpacking it from the box and inserting 2 AAA batteries for the remote haha. ... show more
