This has been a great purchase, I stand and run around at work all day long, so to come home and use this has made my legs feel so much better after a long day. I’ve got some varicose veins on the back side of my leg around my knee, so this product helps with my blood circulation. Legs feel lighter, and when you use it in certain positions your whole body can feel lighter. I’ve been getting into lymphatic drainage and this is apart of my process for that! Even my boyfriend has been using it after his workouts and he loves it. There’s multiple levels of vibration and the book that came with it has some good tips and information. It’s very sturdy, remote makes it handy so you can change it while you’re on it. I can slide it under my bed when we aren’t using it, not too heavy so I can move it upstairs/downstairs. I honestly prefer to use it on hardwood floors, it’s got suction cups on the bottom. No issue on carpet, I just feel it deeper when used on hardwood floors!

This really works! Anytime I have any pain from exertion I get on it and I feel so much better after. I love that you can do a variety of exercises on it. I have recommended it to several people who have issues with sciatica.

It's a cheat. Gets or keeps you healthy with a minimum of resistance. I sit too much, working on the computer. The Waver is currently positioned in my apartment between my office and the kitchen. Was a handy place to try it out. But it's perfect. Wakes up the slumbering cells, muscles, fluids. The occasional buzz throughout the day raises my focus and awareness of everything. I find myself doing more of other exercises too. It's an incitement to activity. A real increase in personal vibration. I tried my neighbors unit for a couple minutes. Knew I had to have one. I didn't know these things existed or were affordable before that. I'm 70 years old. This feels like it will become the centerpiece to my longevity. (Getting old is unnecessary!) Will probably be ordering units for my two older brothers. It's simple, easy, quick and energizing. I don't usually do reviews. But staying healthy is important to me and I like spreading good information. Diet and exercise are the keys. The Waver is a reminder not to buy or eat junk. A reminder not to become sedentary. It's a wonderful tool. It's not the cheapest. But it's wider than many, which is kind of important. Comes with a manual that handles five different languages! Wouldn't mind a smaller one that's just English. Comes with a number of extras, resistance bands, etc., still to be explored. Includes a lifetime warranty, which was important to me. Update 11/8/2024: It's been a little over 2 weeks. I have used it most days, whether for a 15-minute workout, just to vibrate my feet/knees for a bit, sitting on it to help lower back/hip pain, or all of the above. I can honestly say that it has made a huge difference in my horrible plantar fasciitis pain - which was the main reason I bought it honestly - and I feel like I'm getting great little workouts. I'm starting slow with the workout bit bc I'm a little rusty other than alot of walking/standing. I've had it about a week, so I can't give feedback on weight loss, but I noticed after doing a little bit (less than 15 minutes) of squatting on it that my legs were sore the next day like they would be if I had a decent workout. After standing on it for 15 minutes, you can feel your body temp and heart rate go up a bit and it also feels soothing for achy areas. My only complaint is that the cord plugs into the front and loops outword. You need to figure out a way to keep it out of the way. I've already tripped over it and fell after stepping off.

This is a wonderful product for people that need to, but don't like to, excersice. I suffer from swelling of the legs which makes walking a chore, Life Pro has helped me tremendously in that regard by helping to strengthen muscles. It's very sturdy and easy to use. Totally recommend this product.

This device is very easy to use. No assembly at all. It's well built and very good quality. I have one and recently purchase one for my nephew for pain relief. The remotes is awesome. It has more than one setting. You can stand on it using the handles and it is not noisy at all. The motion is vibrating, so if standing on it definitely use the handles. It does what it says it will for pain.

I have only been using this machine for 15 minutes twice daily for less than a week, and I can already see and feel less inflammation in my ankles and legs. I started off my just sitting down with my feet propped on the machine, which vibrates my entire body. This is thrilling to me because I've delt with inflammation for years! I am very pleased with the way my legs and ankles are responding to this therapy! The first few days I did have some mild itching, and my legs felt as if I had jogged for miles, but not really issue for me and the itching went away quickly. I feel like it's helping with my balance and today I started doing some of the exercises shown in the book that was provided from the seller. This is my new self-help ritual! As a woman in my late 40's I need all the help I can get to rid my body of inflammation and soreness. It also helps relax my entire body and I've noticed this especially at night. My husband has gotten curious and now has started using twice daily. He has an old ankle injury that gets stiff, he's hoping this helps reduce swelling in his foot. The vibration plate is very quiet and well made. It arrived the next day and was packaged perfectly. It was super easy to scan and register for the warranty. I have not used the arm bands or rubber bands that came with it. Maybe one day I can install them. I can't express how excited I am to have this product in my home gym! I am beyond thankful for this product! It's helping with blood flow and inflammation.
