Excellent product. Works exactly as advertised and exactly like my original Tesla Charger. Running at 32A, the unit delivered 31 miles per hour of charge!!! The charger maintained the 32A for the entire charge until my charge limit was reached. The product was delivered on time and packaging was excellent. It comes with a wall mount for the charger and the handle. At this price, it would be great to get a second one and keep one mounted in the garage, the other in the car for emergencies. The display is quite useful for those that like to monitor the charging. The unit plugged right into the charge port, locked, and then unlocked just as it should. Cord length was useful as it allowed me to plug in and charge while another car was in the driveway. Highly recommend for anybody needing a backup or replacement Tesla Charger. ... show more

The charger comes with a bag and mounting system. It's robust, works flawlessly, and have additional feature such as a screen and ability to schedule charging sessions that the original doesn't have. Scheduling charges make it very convenient with the tiered rates for the electricity. I like the included mounting system as it's more robust and also easy to install. It organizes cable and makes less mess in garage. Overall recommend the charger as it's a very handy alternative for the original one. Only one suggestion I have is to add more prominent button for releasing the charger from the charging port. ... show more

After 8 years, our Tesla mobile connect finally died.. picked up this solution and it's doing everything it's supposed to do.. it opens the charging port on the car. Matches the output of the original charging plug and has nice features like a built-in timer.. I really wanted to like this item as it has all the other things I want. It has robust mounting hardware, NEMA 14-50, 32 Amps, and a NACS dock and cord hanger. However, it lacks the feature that I want: a button to unlock and disengage charging on the charging plug handle. This may be superfluous, but it is super important because I don't want to have my phone out or go inside my vehicle to unlock the charge port. ... show more

I purchased this unit and it worked mostly flawless for about 3 weeks. Into the 4th week I got a communication error. But after a few plug and unplug cut started to work. And was fine for a few days. I regret not immediately sending it back at that time. I was within the 30 day window. Now just a few days outside the window my charger is completely dead, giving a CP Fault error. their website offers no help, and it doesn't even show this charger as being something that they produce. I'll be buying a different brand to replace this. 30 days is not sufficient for the price of one of these chargers. ... show more

Size: Tesla Mobile Charger (32 Amp)
The charging station has a max output of 32A which is the same as the Tesla mobile connector. It has a long cable at 25ft and this uses the standard NEMA 14-50P plug. The price is actually quite comparable to the Tesla UMC so I had to deduct a star since the starting price for this is not too competitive. At the time of writing this review, it appears that the manufacturer provides a coupon to bring the price down significantly below the price of a Tesla UMC but I would much rather see a lower starting price. This Grecell charging station is very well made and seems durable. The output is a lower at 32A x 240V = with a max output of about 7.6kW. This charger uses the Tesla NACS connector so if you have a non-Tesla, you'll need to find another charging station with the J1772 plug. Overall, great charging solution and EVSE for on the go charging. ... show more
