This has been really really awesome for the 7 months! We chose NOT to get professional wiring. In our home, that required a digital switcher to attach to the 220 our Dryer uses, and then we had to punch a 4" hole through the wall to get the adapter OUT. 3" was too small. We just stuffed Styrofoam into the hole so no air is going through. Frankly, it charges exactly as it should. It's level 2, so it's slower than high speed, but according to Tesla, it's better on your battery, and you can't get a level 3 in home anyway. :D And convenience? Oh wonderful! Plug it in at the end of the day and drive out tomorrow with a full charge. We use it about 3 times/week and so far have had no problems, or even slow-downs. I do NOT recommend getting professional wiring to do this. It's way too simple to do yourself for a lot less, unless your 220 is on the other side of the house. Thanks Seguma for making a great product!

So far so good. Used this to replace the travel charger provided with my vehicle. The unit has been reliable and it feels well constructed. I have not noticed any heat related issues and I appreciate the digital display. This is more compact than my original charger and fits exactly where I needed it to. Charging speeds are as advertised and is plug-and-play functional.

Good charger for nacs. The ccs with nacs adapter stopped charging so I picked up this as a replacement. Handy its got a charger handle storage. Price was decent.

My house would require a sub panel for a 50 amp wall charger dedicated circuit + wiring to the garage = expensive! I have both a 14-50 (water heater) and a 3 prong 10-30 (dryer) plug in my garage already. Though 14-50 is nice I chose to leave the water heater circuit alone and share with dryer outlet (10-30-25 amp). 22-24 miles per hour on my model 3 is fine for me. Coupled with a 3 prong 25 amp 10-30 outlet auto switching box. I m Styling! In fact I see few 10-30 3 prong charging cables on Amazon besides this one anyway. So $500 (with auto splitter) to get 22-24 mph charge, and safely- plug and play no electrical work needed. instead of 1,000s for sub panel and wall charger: It just works.
