This item looks pretty much exactly like the photo. It's almost full length; the sleeves are only 3/4 length but the shoulder cut is so boxy that they fall farther down the arm and can be rolled a bit if you want. The fabric feels like cotton- it's not see through but it is very SLIGHTLY sheer- you can maybe see a person's silhouette in full sunlight. It's not a flattering item right out of the bag- there is no shape to it whatsoever, it's literally a big rectangle- but I can see the fabric softening a bit after a couple washes which will make it fall better on the body. It will be perfect as a sun cover up and can be dressed up a bit to go straight to dinner with a belt or scarf around the waist and some nice sandals. Be aware, it is LONG.

This item has many reviews and various responses, info. First I must say it was nicely packaged. I ordered size L, Blue. It is a good viable summer option. I'm okay with wearing mine out and about to run errands, especially in the summer heat. It can also be good for around the house, at the pool or a layered as a duster/kimono look. You can be modest and wear to the hotel breakfast. I haven't washed and based upon that I nay order a second one.

It was recommended I order an XXL. I ordered an extra-large as I had read other reviews and knew the dress was oversized, but it was too oversized for my liking. I have returned the extra-large and exchanged it for a large which I love. It is cool and crisp with great pockets. Cute with sandals and a summer purse!
