I got this charger installed about a month ago and I am very happy with it. Before this, I was using a slow Level 1 charger that took all night and sometimes still was not fully charged in the morning. This one changed everything. My car now charges so much faster. I wake up every morning with a full battery. The 25 foot cable is long enough to reach my car no matter where I park in the garage. I do not have to worry about the cable being too short. The app works well. I can see how much my car has charged right from my phone. I also set it to charge at night when the electricity cost is lower, which saves me money each month. Setting that up was simple and took only a few minutes. The RFID card is a nice bonus. I keep one in my bag and just tap it to start charging. It feels secure and easy at the same time. My family also uses the app on their phones so we can all keep track of things. The unit looks solid and well made. I put it outside and it has been through rain with no problems at all. It feels like it will last a long time. The grey color looks clean on the wall too. If you have an electric car and want to charge it fast at home, this is a great buy. I wish I had gotten it sooner.

I bought the hardwired version, and the first issue I ran into was that the AC cable was only 3ft long - far too short to reach my breaker box, which needed to be about 6ft. Fortunately, replacing the wiring with 6AWG cables was straightforward, and the charger had no problems delivering 10.4KW (have to swipe RF ID card each time to run). The bigger problem was the SmartLife app on my Android phone. At first, it couldn't find the device, and the documentation is minimal. I tried contacting the company, but since they are based in China, I haven't received a response (sent a couple of days ago). With some help from AI, I eventually figured out that because the charger only works on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and my eero router is tri-band, so it would not pair to my phone. I had to dig into the router settings to force it to run at 2.4GHz, and after several device resets the device it finally paired. Overall, the charger works, but the app setup is definitely finicky.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my new EV. I am pleased of how well the item was packed. The installation was straightforward, and once it was set up, the charger worked immediately without any issues. The 25-foot cable is long enough to reach my car, and it feels thick and high-quality, not flimsy. The unit itself looks clean on the wall and doesn’t feel cheap. I’ve used it a few times during light rain, and it handled outdoor charging without any problems. The app is basic but does what I need like start/stop charging and see the status. The RFID cards are a nice extra touch, especially if you don’t want anyone plugging in without permission. Overall, for the price, it feels like a great value. Fast, and reliable charging. If you’re looking for a straightforward 48-amp home charger, this one gets the job done.

Does it come with a RFID card and where is it located in the box? I don’t see one unless it’s packaged in side the unit ? Please reply The company is sending me a RFID reader, I had this charger installed by a licensed electrician and it works perfectly! Awesome charger, I had the charger installed at my home and was so impressed I bought another one and having this second charger installed at our cabin which is 70 miles away from our primary home! The manufacturer is very aggressive in their response to any questions you have and I definitely recommend them! Great service and well built charger solid feel! Love the app also it works flawlessly. I recommend this charger to everyone, you will not be disappointed, don’t be afraid of the price as definitely a high quality product! So far so good. Installed myself easily. Really liked that it does have about 3-4ft of cord attached to the base of the charger. So if you're connecting near your panel you don't have to tie into anything other than your breaker and bus. App works well and you can control how many amps you send to vehicle. If not using the app is comes with 2 rfid cards to tap the unit to begin charging. Haven't tried to see if that can be bypassed

Good EV charger, looks nice and charges quickly. Cable length is long enough to wrap around for my cars in the garage. Good quality for the money, the app is very useful and contractor was able to set up with no issues.
