Description

What should I do if RFID card is missing from the package? Two RFID cards should be included. If either card is missing, contact Aries Nexus support for assistance. What should I do if the charger has issue? First, restart the charger by holding the authorized RFID card on the reader for at least 10 seconds. If the issue persists, stop using the charger and do not disassemble it. Contact Aries Nexus support for repair or replacement. What should I do if the charger cannot connect to Smart Life app? If the charger cannot be found in Smart Life app, reset it. Turn off power and hold an authorized RFID card on the reader for 10 seconds. When the red LED stays on for 3 seconds and green LED flashes 3 times, reconnect using Wi-Fi Quick Connect. What features are available in the Smart Life app? Smart Life app offers convenient charging management, including remote control, scheduled charging, history, and current adjustment. Set the maximum charging current and schedule charging during off-peak hours in the app. Does the charger work without Wi-Fi? Yes. Wi-Fi is only needed for app features such as remote control, scheduled charging, and charging records; RFID charging still works without Wi-Fi.

I must say installation was really easy, quick and simple. Plug and play. App setup was smooth as well. With 48 amps, it is indeed a fast charger, If you are looking for one. Built looks sturdy and heavy duty for all weather types but it is just 1 week of use so far so will update after 6 months or 1 year of use. App provides good information and logs specifically efficiency. We have Tesla but It is universal J1772 so it should be compatible with all EVs. I bought the hardwired version, and the first issue I ran into was that the AC cable was only 3ft long - far too short to reach my breaker box, which needed to be about 6ft. Fortunately, replacing the wiring with 6AWG cables was straightforward, and the charger had no problems delivering 10.4KW (have to swipe RF ID card each time to run). The bigger problem was the SmartLife app on my Android phone. At first, it couldn't find the device, and the documentation is minimal. I tried contacting the company, but since they are based in China, I haven't received a response (sent a couple of days ago). With some help from AI, I eventually figured out that because the charger only works on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and my eero router is tri-band, so it would not pair to my phone. I had to dig into the router settings to force it to run at 2.4GHz, and after several device resets the device it finally paired. I started to use the charger the first day and it was great that first night it got my car to charge fast and then the second night the charger stopped working I had the charger installed by a professional the charger doesn’t turn on anymore no lights and it’s mounted to my wall and everything now I don’t even know what to do because I paid someone a lot of money to install it and now I don’t know if I should pay someone to take it down to return it or if I can even return it since it’s used this was a really bad experience ... show more

Does it come with a RFID card and where is it located in the box? I don’t see one unless it’s packaged in side the unit ? Please reply The company is sending me a RFID reader, I had this charger installed by a licensed electrician and it works perfectly! Awesome charger, I had the charger installed at my home and was so impressed I bought another one and having this second charger installed at our cabin which is 70 miles away from our primary home! The manufacturer is very aggressive in their response to any questions you have and I definitely recommend them! Great service and well built charger solid feel! Very easy charger to set up, and worked well for my Tesla model x fully compatible. The wall charger only charged at 8kw and this one I was able to get 11-12kw. Really nice upgrade at a reasonable price. The cable was also nice and long. Would for sure purchase again.
