Did my homework and sure enough it paid off! This charger met all expectations and I couldn’t be happier. Quality is outstanding from the charge handle to the unit itself. Set up was easy as I used the QR codes included with the instructions. The app is great and was easy to set-us and very straightforward to use. I have another location for a charger and I was considering a different highly rated unit. Not anymore. I will be getting another one of these without a doubt. I had a trusted electrician hard-wire it and I am charging at 48 amps. I was charging at 32 amps and the difference is way faster. I am very pleased with my purchase.

An electrician came out to install this ev charger but refused to complete the installation. He tried calling the support line to clarify the installation details and couldn’t get through to anyone. As he was uncomfortable moving forward and unwilling to take the responsibility or guarantee for the installation, I still had to pay for the service call. Do more research and go for a reputable units. Note it's not OCPP compliant and you won't get the utility rebate.

Great product. Very well made. Easy install. I ended up hardwiring mine and they made that super easy as well. The fact that you can add some features (load management) down the road is super exciting as well. The safety features are top notch. Was really interesting to see how the plug warmed up during charging (never got too hot.) Cord has been performing very well even with the cold temps.

The EV Charger was installed by my electrician and fired right up using the iOS app. I sent the install guide pdf to my installer in advance. The app is easy to use and pairing then wifi setup was fast and trouble free. I did a quick test charge and found the temp readings to be a great feature and additions peace of mind.
