I recently picked up the NACS to CCS1 Charger Adapter 444, and it’s been a total game-changer. The build quality is solid — feels durable and well-made, not cheap plastic. It locks securely in place and provides a tight connection every time. Charging performance has been excellent so far. I’ve used it at multiple DC fast chargers, and it consistently delivers full power with no interruptions or overheating. The fit between my CCS1 cable and my NACS port is smooth and firm. Another plus is how compact it is — easy to store in the glove box or center console. I also appreciate that it doesn’t trigger any error messages on my car’s system. This Level 2 charger works great and was easy to set up. It charges much faster than a regular wall outlet so my car is ready in a fraction of the time. The app is very helpful because I can schedule charging during off peak hours, adjust the amperage and see how much energy is being used. I needed this for my work trips. Public chargers aren't always in network, and this lets me use those. It definitely charges faster than a standard outlet. It feels solid when plugged in. I was worried about it getting damaged but the plastic seems pretty tough. It's small enough to keep in the console without taking up much space. The price seemed great for the convenience. I haven't had it long enough to test its long-term durability, but so far, so good. It connected without any issues. I checked the connections carefully before each use, and everything felt secure. Wow this is very sturdy. I wasn't sure about getting an after-market adapter here especially from Amazon but I'm definitely not disappointed. This works great with my Rivian and I'm able to plug right quick in to a Tesla Supercharger and there doesn't appear to be any degradation in current. It's snug, doesn't wiggle, and this thing is way heavier than I thought it would be (But in a good/sturdy way). It also comes with a little carrying case that I thought at first was pointless but after feeling the weight of this and realizing a ton of volts go through this at any moment I'm pretty sure I Don't want it to get dinged up between uses. So I'm going to keep it in the case as I'm driving around for just some added protection. The locking knob/toggle seems -- not flimsy -- but like the weakest part of it (It's visible in my third picture). It just seems so tiny and inferior compared to the rest of the adapter. I mean that's OK still. That's fine. And it works fine. But I just wanted to note *something* slightly negative even if I had to scrape the bottom of the barrel for it. All in all a solid choice, I am NOT disappointed. 5/5! ... show more

I just received this and it looks fantastic. It's packaged really well if you want to give this as a gift to a loved one for their Riven electric vehicle like I'm doing. I bought this from my mom.
