This charger would not change voltage as stated in the directions and in the ad. Product was only charging at 40 amps and would not adjust to the other amperage stated. I emailed the manufacturers customer service and received no response.

The instructions this charger comes with are pointless. It does not tell you how to use it. You get pictures of settings and what different message mean for troubleshooting. But there are litteraly no instructions on HOW to use the unit. Anyway, I plugged it in to my Hummer EV and it works... but without knowing how to use the unit, I'm sure it's charging less efficient than it could be. Can anyone provide some guidance? 10/12/24 update: since not being very satisfied with the product, the seller quickly reached out and made it right. Thank you!
