Received the product today and immediately tried it. Worked fine, I periodically checked to see if the cables were warm to the touch, they were not. Only my first day and only plan to use for emergency travel, the product seems to be built well. The carrying case is nice as well.

Mainly used this as a Level 1 Charger since I don't have the outlet for the Level 2. It's great that it came with the adapter so I can just plug it to any regular outlet in the garage. Obviously Level 1 Charger takes forever, but this was enough to charge it for my commute daily. Even comes with a bag to bring it with you just in case you need to charge somewhere for emergency. Simple to use, just plug and play. It knows when you connect an EV car to it and the LED lights lets you know if it's getting power from outlet, if it's charging the car and if there's any issues. Pretty straightforward.
