My hose has changed through the years but I have usually been in charge of the watering. My girlfriends and eventual wife have always left the hosing to me. You might say I’ve always been the hosemaster in the household. When I was younger my hose was always the same type, thick, durable and easily subject to kink. As I got older I noticed changes in the hoses available. Flat hoses, expandable hoses, cloth hoses. I tried using an expandable cloth hose but found that when it wasn’t fully inflated, it just kept getting lost in the shrubbery. My wife suggested I trim back the hedges and even though I’ve always been a fan of full bush, I agreed. The trimming helped but then the neighbor got ahold of my hose, tried to use it for her bush and pulled on it until it nearly broke from the faucet! I mean c’mon lady… the thing only stretches so far! It started leaking everywhere, soaked the neighbor lady which really upset my wife and put my hose out of commission for almost a year. Fast forward to THIS hose which replaced the quickly broken cloth hose. Man what a difference! It’s much smaller in diameter than I’m used to and not nearly as stiff but REALLY flexible. Although it does expand it always maintains a respectable length even when not inflated so it doesn’t get lost in untrimmed bush. It also doesn’t succumb to kink much at all, but what really sells it is the head that comes with it. Large but nice and tight. No leaks, lots of settings. My wife loves my hose now and uses it all the time. She says it’s the perfect size for her, not too large or heavy, and hits every spot she wants watered. Now that she has taken control she gets the watering done much more efficiently, without wasted water or effort and seems really happy. I bought this hose knowing that this type of hose has a reputation for springing leaks if mishandled. But, I wanted the light weight, resistance to kinking, ease of use, portability, and ease of storage that this hose offered. I purchased two 100' lengths in May of 2022. Here in central Texas, they have been through a winter hard freeze and two very hot Texas summers, continued to function well, and have really been a pleasure to use around my yard. Admittedly, I was as cautious as I could be trying to avoid hose snags and undue exposure to our brutal summer sun (my 100' hose ... about 33' empty ... I was able to store in a lidded 1 gallon bucket and still had room for the nozzle). The hose finally did spring a leak a few weeks ago at the faucet attachment end, which I was unable to stop ... though I did spend some time making an attempt. So, I did something I wasn't able to try with other products, I contacted the company directly via email because the hose came with a 'lifetime warranty' which I had activated when I bought the hose. I really wasn't expecting much but hoped they might be able to give me some direction on how to make a repair on the leak. Echo answered my email and asked for information about the problem and also asked for my purchase information from Amazon ... I had to go back a ways in my Amazon orders online but found the original order and gave her the order number. Long story short (from here); in less than a couple of weeks, I had a new hose! Never expected this but it was a great validation of their stated warranty. I am happy to have two functional hoses again.     • Very great quality love this hose
I’ve had a few different expandable hoses and this one is by far the best. The thing I love the most is instead of it expanding in width it expands vertically in like a spiral and it doesn’t tangle or grow out in a crazy way like some do. It’s small and light weight and I got the 100 foot one. The material on the hose feels very sturdy and thick. I’m impressed with the quality for the price, no leaks no drips or spills from the nozzle or the hose. I e had this for about 2 weeks so hope it holds up it seems like it will. The only complaints I have are: I wish the hose Nozzle was not plastic , in case you drop it on something hard it looks like it would break easily, I also wish it came with a bag that holds the house when storing away like others do on Amazon. Other then this I am very happy with this hose. You do get a tiny plastic simple apparatus to hang the hose up with and a few extra washers. ... show more

This hose is very long. Made me realize our old hoses must've been 50 footers. Perfect to run sprinkler anywhere in yard. I love how lightweight and easy it is to maneuver. The brass connector is awesome! It can cut off flow without turning spigot off. The included sprayer may be the best ice ever had in my 50 years of life! I liked this set so much that I bought a second for the front yard to replace kinking, heavy, rubber hose. Only con is that due to diameter it takes alot longer to fill the water tank in my husband's work truck. Main purpose for both hoses though is to water grass and lots of flowers and plants. I noticed two family members that bought two of the same as well because they liked so much. Great value!! I've only used a few weeks. Wish I had them long ago and not fight with previous hoses. ... show more

We have had this hose for one summer season, it worked well. But this summer had already gotten serveral holes and leaks, the nozzle part is leaking like crazy as you can see from the picture. There is no contact information for the company, so I haven’t been able to try to get a new one or a refund. It says to contact them or ask in the QA and no one has answered me.
